a quiet place to stay

4.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 2 Feb 2013
Set a short way back from the town centre and beaches but with a regular (15 min.) 10 Baht bus service past the door this hotel offers almost everything you could need. Has many long term residents who return every year which speaks for itself.
Date of stay: January 2013
Room Tip: Try and avoid top floor rooms, can be noisy from the road.

Very nice place. Prefer room normal than deluxe. Very nice people who work there. The swimming pool was very clean. Only problem, is little far from themarket or for the beach. But if you want a quiet place, go there.

Room tip: Normal is perfect

For 33$ as free breakfast I think this place is a good deal! Very nice pool, great feel and very relaxing. I would say the bed photo is a little overly flattering haha but i was very impressed with my room. 10 minute walk to the beach and great restaurant. I would definitely come back again!

Stayed here overnight on TA recommendation while driving north. This is a small, boutique style hotel set some way back from the main stip with a good selection of bars and restaurants close by. I chose a superior room for Thb 1,800 including breakfast. Room was of a high standard, spacious and clean with good amenities, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and eager to please. Just what I needed for an overnight stop, and I'll stay here again if I'm passing through Hua Hin.

stayed here with a few friends for two nights. we took the suite with two bedrooms and that was huge. a cool rustic feel to the suite, which really suited Hua Hin's laid-back style. there was a small pool, table tennis set up, and a mini golf to spend some time at if you are bored of the town. we really enjoyed the table tennis!

breakfast was provided but it's just a few western brekkie dishes to choose from. tastes decent but imo, get a place near the town centre where u can easily find cheap local food. the location is pretty out of the way, and you have to walk out (approx. 5min) to the main road to get a tuk tuk.

4 of us ladies booked a 2-room unit for a short and relaxing stay in Hua Hin!

PROS
- Spacious and clean rooms with nice modern design
- LCD TV in all rooms with many cable channels
- Free and fast WiFi
- 2 PCs for you to use
- Unique bathroom with a huge bamboo pipe delivering hot gushes of water for showering (instead of a shower head). A hot tub (not jacuzzi) was also in the unit for a nice soak
- Simple breakfast from 8am-10am that allows you a choice of sandwiches, omelettes and such, with small sides of salad and fruit. I personally like the bacon and egg sandwich!
- Good service from the staff

CONS
- Mosquitoes alert! Spray lots of insect repellent!
- Location was a little out of the way from the central Hua Hin area, but it's easy to hail a tuktuk out to the main area for 100 baht.

Room tip: Choose the ground floor units!
