“Clean, but small rooms, & great location.”
Reviewed 22 May 2013

I have stayed here on three occasions and have never been disappointed. The guest house is relatively new which means the rooms & bathroom facilities are all very clean. This is in contrast to most of the older guest houses close by, which are now very tired looking.
The rooms are small, but all have a little balcony which can be used for storing empty suitcases etc.
The place is run by a nice couple who can speak a little English which helps, and they are very accommodating.
It's on a side street, but is very close to both the "girlie bar area", and the seafood restaurants that stretch out into the water. Even the night market is only 5 mins walk away. The location means you will get a peaceful nights sleep.
I would have given it 5 stars, but recently the owner is building an extension to the side of the hotel to add more rooms, which does mean some building noise can be heard during the day, (although he tells me it will be complete by October 2013). It has also caused the reception area to be used for temporary storage, detracting from the initial visual impression.
I paid 800 bht, which I think varies slightly by season - this to me, represents the going rate, for the area, and not a bargain. I'm told the extension will have bigger rooms, and I presume a higher cost to match, so if price is of importance, u should compare others in the area first.
The place has Wifi throughout, and you can rent motorbikes from the owner.
I will definitely be staying there again providing the price stays sensible.

My partner and I stayed here for one night, and it was fantastic! Arrived fairly early (9am) but were accommodated very quickly into a perfect, although compact, room with a balcony. With air-con and a tv, it suited us just fine. It's located the North end of Hua Hin beach where seafood restaurants are in abundance. To walk to the white sands takes all of 2 minutes.
We bargained for 800 baht for our room, which was great although I think 650 would be a more fitting price. We did find it hard to find a site to book online for a room, so ended up just turning up and asking. The owners were very friendly and accommodating for us though.

For 850TB per night, Baan Tawee Suk is really good value. The couple running it are lovely and very helpful. Everywhere is spotless and the location is great.
The only downside is the size of the rooms, which are very small. The rooms in the new extension will be bigger (ready October 2013) so we will probably stay again.

Stayed for 2 weeks in November.Had a brilliant stay. The room was light and airy and the bed was really comfortable.
All the staff went out of there way to help my husband and I in booking day trips and suggesting places to visit and food to try, it all made for a lovely stay in Hau Hin.The main receptionist a lady called Apple went the extra mile and I like to think we have a new found friend for if we visit again.

Room Tip: ask for a sea view room its not that clear but they are nice rooms with balconies.

We just happened to stumble across this immaculate guest house on probably the loveliest street in Hua Hin by chance. It seemed a million miles away from the garish tourist hot spots along the front! We were the only people staying for the 2 nights and it was lovely & peaceful. The room was a little tight but had everything you could need; tv, fridge, ac, comfy double bed, very clean shower room with hot water of course and a nice little balcony to sit out on at night and watch the street below. The staff were friendly and there are some good eating options nearby.

Would definately recommend!
