“Excellent way to spend time in Hua hin”
Reviewed 18 November 2013

Beau took us around the covered food market. One of the best food markets I have ever been to, and vital to have beau explain what things were and how to use!
Back in her Lovely home we prepared red curry paste, two meat dishes, papaya salad, which we ate, followed by gorgeous mango and coconut sticky rice. A treat of a day!
Highly recommend. Older children would really enjoy the day too.

“Professional, delicious, easy, FUN!!”
Reviewed 15 November 2013

This is how cooking should be like and FEEL LIKE :D Fantastic early morning tour of the local market, picking up ingredients and getting to understand them better. Absolutely awesome, clean and safe cooking facilities at a family home with aircon and water available from the moment we arrived, friendly small group, and fantastic instructor, Beau. We had such a great time.

Others have said it but I have to emphasize: DO NOT EAT ANYTHING BEFOREHAND. Seriously. Even if you tend to have big appetite. I don't think we ate again that day until very, very late in the evening!!

Thoroughly recommended for single travellers, couples, families, everyone :)

“Fantastic!”

We had a great day going to market, learning about all the ingredients and then being taught how to cook them.
I would recommend this cooking course to anyone! It is well worth the money.
What a lovely house, lovely couple and we had great company with our fellow trainee chefs.

“Great cooking class!”
Reviewed 10 November 2013 via mobile

We spent a great day with Beau on the Thai market and in her very nice family home, where everyone in our cooking class (we were 4) had the opportunity to cook every meal we prepared himself/herself. We made green curry, chicken curry, soup and dessert and we've already successfully cooked some of the fresh and delicious dishes a home! A great way to gain insight to the "worlds kitchen", which Thai food really represents and a better knowledge to bring home than any souvenir you can buy on the night market.

“Excellent Thai cooking school = highly recommend this”
Reviewed 6 November 2013

Everything about the cooking course was awesome, it is well thought out as far as courses go and the cooking element was really good and an easy way to learn. I have already made a couple of the dishes I learned and I was impressed that I could actually cook this once I got home. Beau explains everything in good detail and does not mind anyone asking questions. The group consisted of a mix of people and although we were all strangers everyone got on well. It was a very enjoyable way to spend a day in Hua Hin and I certainly enjoyed eating the fruits of my labour. Well done Beau and Brett keep up the great work!
