I have stayed at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin (HRHH) on several occasions, golf trip, business trip, personal trip etc.. and tried most of room types , Deluxe , Suite etc…
All services considers top of the gulf and flawless, staff are all friendly, attentive, caring and always look for the better ways to please guests.
The young General Manager also extremely friendly and cheerful he is always around with guests it is a warm feeling.
Barai Spa is a must to try and try to spend most time there since it isn’t expensive at all in comparison to the hotel investment and all the restaurants are very reasonable priced but excellent cuisine , Thai, Italian, international if you have time try to sip drink and wait for sunset at McFarland house by the gulf of Thailand too it is superb experience in Hua Hin and just simply take a drink and walk right on the beach in front of hotel.
The HRHH is next to Chic market “Cicada” art and culture market another “Must” visit if you are in Hua Hin.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 6 nights. The hotel decor was natural and in keeping with its surroundings and low level buildings. The hotel, grounds and gardens were immaculate and very beautiful. The pool was amazing and the slide was an added bonus. It was never busy in the pool areas and we had a very relaxing, peaceful time.

Breakfast was excellent, so much choice for all tastes and nationalities. Food in the hotel restaurants was very good and reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. Though, you must venture out into town for the night market as food is excellent, fresh and very reasonable at the restaurants. There is also the Cicada night market just outside the gates of the hotel on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 4pm where you can eat at food stalls very cheaply and buy local arts and crafts. For a family of 5 we ate with soft drinks for about £12.00!!

We had treatments at The Barai Spa which was an amazing experience, definately worth a visit.

The staff at this hotel were friendly, polite, service was excellent always with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. We met the manager Sammy, who went out of his way to speak to guests and made us feel very welcome. We thoroughly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, family holiday. Well done to all at the Hyatt Hua Hin, we plan to visit next February and we can't wait!! See you soon :)

Dear ET1973

We are grateful of your kind message and happy to learn that you and your family had a wonderful time here in Hua Hin.

We are fortunate to have the Cicada market just right outside of the hotel which opens from Friday to Sunday evening thus giving our guests option to experience the local artisans and delicacies without having to travel far. We appreciate your sharing the nice experience at The Barai.

We hope to see you and your family again in the very near future.

The architect of the resort is very classy and relaxing. The main pool was separated into a few areas suitable for guests having different needs and preference. It has a waterside (suitable for anyone with a height above 120cm) which my son (and other guests of different ages) enjoyed very very much. Unlimited chilled water is served for free in the pool area all day and they provide floating gears, beach balls and other family games for use in the pool area for free upon requests. All these little things which they can do to make their guests' stay more enjoyable. Even the cleaning lady was so attentive to all details that she lined up all my son's toys and my toiletry's very nicely!

This hotel is amazing! I cannot fault it. Great service, food, location, facilities, service. Its got it all.

The spa is just to die for. Yoga in the morning by the pool (not as many mornings as I had originally planned I admit) was just a fab way to start another amazing day in this resort.

We brought our books to McFarland house a couple of night, had some tapas style food n read in candlelight whilst hearing the waves of the ocean....what dreams are made of.

I will definately return!

Just as good as the first visit. Room excellent and very clean with excellent Housekeeping service. Slight problem with noisy room 1st night and an uncalled for 04:00am alarm call. This was swiftly dealt with and our room changed with no fuss. Wonderful pool area. Everything you could ever want for breakfast whatever your nationality. A good range of visitors from around the world so not one group taking over.
Whilst there we visited Bangkok and had a fantastic trip. Restaurants on the complex quite expensive - but plenty just outside for lunchtimes the restaurant with a coffee beans sign outside was hard to beat and very reasonable. At night turn right outside the hotel and cross the road it is by a yellow sign Papalon doesn't look that much but the food is fantastic and the people very friendly. Used by locals and tourists alike. Had two treatments at the Barai spa both very good.

Dear HolidayHepburns
It was a pleasure to welcome you back again to the resort with your family recently. We are glad to learn that you had a good time in and out of the resort. Thank you for sharing the various tips on the bars and restaurants outside of the hotel in addition to those recommended by our team. This is very helpful for our readers and most appreciated. Although some of our customers were finding our restaurant's food prices are reasonable nevertheless we are fully aware that we can't win them all. We are regularly reviewing our food and beverage prices and adjust menu and prices when necessary.
Thank you once again for your support and patronage.
We look forward to your return visit in the near future.

We chose Hua Hin because it was not a high tourist area. Whilst it took over 2 hours to get there from bangkok the Hyatt made the trip worthwhile. We had booked a small suite and expected something like Bali. What a surprise, rooms were very modern and minimalist. Gorgeous big bathroom and plenty of robe space and drawers. Flat screen tv in both sitting room and bedroom. We were also able to use the Regency Club and the staff were fantastic. Remebered our name every time. The most spectacular thing about the Hyatt is its Spa - unbelievable and every treatment was amazing and good value. The restuarants and bar were all very good value, so you didn't have to go looking for cheaper places to eat. Pools great and loved the slide.

Room Tip: Book a suite if you can - includes Club use and free massages in the spa.

This is the 4th time we stay at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin, but the first time without the children. What is normally a great family hotel for us, where the kids have plenty to do around the pool are and activity lawns, and always find other kids to play with, has proven to be an even better, romantic and relaxing place for just me and my husband.
We just booked for the next stay at Christmas.

Room Tip: Best value for money, take a club room. What seems to be more expensive at first will turn out a gre...
