Very cousy, homelike hotel. Excellent service. Second to none privacy, 4 m high walls around own swimming pool - no bathsuit needed. Only minor disadvantage is lack of English skills. Location is very good.

Everything beyonds expectation; spacious room, cleanliness, super comfy bed, romance& relax atmosphere, friendly staff, central location. One time is not enough and I am going to rebook it again for the next trip.

We have just spent a very relaxing week in Hua Hin, staying at Cae Villa.

Overall we were very impressed with the facilities, and the warm and welcoming staff.

We stayed in Villa 9 which is very close to reception, but we were not disturbed in any way by this. The property has been well designed, and we did not hear anything at all from the villa's on either side of us.

We had breakfast and dinner a couple of times and the food was excellent. We also had a Thai massage in room which was also very enjoyable.

The only criticism we would have would be the bathroom is a bit tired and could do with a good clean and freshen up, however we would not hesitate to return and recommend.

It's not the cheapest choice for accommodation in Hua Hin but ultimately you get what you pay for, and we were more than happy.

Look no further than staying at Cae Villa! The room is absolutely beautiful! Super private in a quiet location not too far to walk or short bus/tuk tuk to all the action on Hua Hin town or plenty of markets. Great breakfast, friendly staff. The room is truely amazing! There are only a few things I believe they should update to give this 5 stars. 1. Needs outdoor sun lounge or table & chairs to sit by the pool and somewhere to hang towel. 2. Needs longer shower curtain to keep water in shower as the water goes outside as it has a small step and becomes a safety issue as you have to walk over that area to go to toilet. 3. Update tv as it is a bit old with no Netflix.
Overall would highly recommend Cae Villa.

Situated in the heart of Hua Hin - Cae Villa are within minutes walking to malls, train stations, night markets, church, great authentic food and the beach. Cae Villa only has 10 very private (with high walls surrounding each villas) with a swimming pool as well as an outdoor bath. You can probably do your skinny dipping and nude sunbathing here without anyone bothering you.

The villa is big, and well appointed. You have a living area, small dining table for two, lounge chair, closet for storage, a super comfortable bed and a relatively big bathroom (only standing shower because there is an outdoor tub). Aircond is cold and nice, especially with the hot weather outside.

Mini bar is complimentary and stocked each day and breakfast is cook-to-order and delivered to your room at the requested time - how lovely :) and if you want other than what is on the menu - such as some of the best Thai cuisine from the best stalls in Hua Hin, their staff will actually go buy it for you .. what more can you ask for.

Overall I would say this is an ideal villa for honeymooners and couples. The ambiance and comfort of the villa is great - one that you probably just wanna lay back and not want to go out.

Parking is ample and secure.

I will definitely wanna be back here again
