“Ok to pass the time”
Reviewed 16 August 2014

There is a small silk making display, very large shop and restaurant. The fabrics and prefabricated clothes are ok. The staff were very friendly and not pushy.

“A good tourist attraction”
Reviewed 4 August 2014

Worth a visit as free transport is provided, but they do try hard to sell products, the associated Rashnee restaurant is also worth a visit

“Interesting”
Reviewed 11 July 2014

We went to visit and see how thai silk is made and you can see from the silk worm to the finished article being woven. Well worth a visit and maybe purchase some thai silk items in the store.

“Exit via the shop!”
Reviewed 3 June 2014 via mobile

The entrance consists of a restaurant to the left, on the right an exhibition of the life cycle of silk moths, with samples of different products and equipment. There are also two ladies one weaving and the other spinning a reasonable photo opportunity. Then into the shop, on the whole it's not too bad with silk products and craft work to suit most pockets, if you're on your own the sales staff can be a little pushy. Finally at the rear of the shop is the ubiquitous tailors shop.

“Educational...”
Reviewed 27 May 2014 via mobile

Our guide brought us here to have a better understanding of the silk industry in Thailand.

There is one section where they will show you how silk fabric is produced. They even have live silk worms on display at different stages of their life.

Right beside, there's this shop that sells silk garments and fabrics directly from the factory. Prices are ok IMHO.
