“A Very Good Opportunity”

This is wonderful place, and a tremendous value. An older hotel on the beach. Very well maintained with clean, well appointed, large rooms (ask for sea view), friendly and polite personnel and efficient service, very tasty food in a restaurant (excellent green curry!) - with an expansive breakfast buffet - that sits facing the ocean, a lovely pool, and outside balconies at the end of each upstairs hallway. And, incidentally, my Thai girlfriend stayed here 20 years ago and said that it was good ten, and good now. It certainly is now. Especially if you don't like ultra fancy but want the amenities, service and appeal of a simple, well run, very good hotel on the beach!

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the sea but we stayed on each side, and both sides are just fine.

Stay in 01-02 July 2012l Booked by Agoda 2000 THB per night for 2 connecting room
As we expect 4 person stayed but last minute one of my friends had cancelled

Hotel situated in good location; Not far from main Huahin center night market entertainment activities town; Plus its a half way of Town and Cicada (new night open air arts7musical market) and Khao takiab area. Beach at front hotel is quiet and more relaxation

Hotel Facilities; They have an open air terrace restaurant for couple sunset seaview dining (a romances choice with candle lit lookout thru the sea) Seafood and dessert here is marvelous!! plus reasonable price.we strongly recommended. Buffet breakfast instead have served indoor restaurant one; with variety selection of food and of course the taste is not bad at all

Spa room; We didnt use so could not comment about it

Pool area; they have 2 swimming pool. One is shallow but the day we checked in; there have more foreigner kids dipped in it. By the time they gone these pool is fulled of dirty sand at bottom and tree leaf where them dropped down/ So we skipped it

Another slope pool located inner building; where next morning we came for service
these pool is clean but weak point is for me non swimmer it could be danger as the depth side is about 3 and half metre tall.

Reception and lobby area is an open air also decorative with an old wooden style; Staff is helpful

Room amenities;We got room connecting on ground floor near the inner pool one;
Main twin bed is clean nice and cosy; Ac workable fine; There have some more facilities which we surprised could hardly find in these Huahin hotel reasonable price like these.
Hair dryer; free tea hotpot and tea maker; slipper; spare pillow and safty box
And of course they have dressing and writing table area with closet though

All in all with these 2000 THb for 2 person in each room price on Huahin tourist attraction business wih good food and full option room amenities nice beach and quiety area
what do you want more.... Try it by yourself then

hotel : The not expensive hotels on the same prime location as all the posh hotels, probably one of the last on the main beach that has the rooms at this low rate, popular among the local and the expat, no big tour group. It's the old hotel so everything is more or less dated except the new swimming pool.
location : on the main Hau Hin beach where all the posh hotels are, in the center, about 2 km from the train station, not far from all the shops and restaurants, 7-11 on the opposite side
transportation : easy by public transportation
lobby : big, airy, old fashion decor
room : deluxe with sea view, superior with no nice view, good size, a little dated, old fashion decor, spotlessly clean, great big beds, great big window, big new flat screen Satellite TV, mini bar, tea & coffee, small fridge, safe
bathroom : a bit too small, a little dated, spotlessly clean with everything you need
Breakfast : basic but quite nice
Restaurant : nice and cheap
staffs : ok
price : with its location, very cheap
I would recommend this hotel if you don't want to spend a lot of money but want to be in the center and on the beach front. But if money isn't an issue and you will only visit Hau Hin once in your life, there're so many great hotels around that will make your trip memorable.

Room Tip: Pay a little more for deluxe room, the view is worth it

Clean rooms and facilities, right on the beach.
Food choice only Thai dishes. Breakfast good choice and quality.
Staff overall friendly. Toilet flush very weak.

Location>>>>>>
Hotel situated slightly out of town.Away from Shopping centre,Night Market and restaurants and /Bar areas (around Hilton Hotel) .One would need a 100 bat ride to go to anywhere mentioned above. The hotel provide transport BUT they charge.NO complimentary shuttles.

Rooms >>>>
Are clean and has A/c and safe provided.Surprised they dont charge for this as they charge for everything else.

Beach>>>>
This is one plus its on the beach and had to sometimes be early to get a sunbed.

Restaurant>>>
This hotel is dominated by one restaurant anf food i found was ok.So Most lunches and dinner we ate out,

Staff>>>
Most of the staff were polite especially ChuChat at the restuarant nice friendly waiter.Only staff not upto standard were at the reception. On check-in nothing was told about the hotel, beakfast times, rooms whereabouts, pools ect.Just there is your keys.I tought was a bit unprofessional.
Another example of getting more money out of you was that Reception would not even give me a couple of hours late check- out, they wanted to charge me once more, I can understand this if my room was booked or the hotel was full, but that was not the case.I thought this was not really necessary.

Again WiFI, be aware there is wifi in the hotel, but yes, once again not complimentary, there is a CHARGE,

Nice, comfortable rooms with a view of the Gulf. While the staff is not always fluent in English I was fortunate not to be inconvenienced. The breakfast buffet was GREAT. I would have appreciated more beach chairs and umbrellas. Having to "reserve" each before 9 AM is unfortunately a must. Very clean and up to date. I stayed in a "deluxe" room because the cheaper "superior" rooms were all booked. I'm not really sure what the difference is. The location is far from downtown so having a car was very helpful.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher floor and pay the "deluxe" rate
