“One Night Stay”
Reviewed 8 June 2014 via mobile

We stayed at this hotel for one night so we had a place to stay near to Erwan Falls. Firstly the taxi cost us 1,200 baht from the hotel to Erwan falls and back whilst the taxi driver waits for you!

This hotel was beautiful! We weren't expecting it to be so nice and fair enough the rooms are small, but they certainly make use of the space they have! It is such a lovely place I advise anyone to stay.

The place where you can have breakfast is next to the river with a beautiful view with the Death Railway in sight!

Luxurious stay! Also the staff where extremely friendly and helpful!

This is the second time we have stayed here. We booked a suite this time, & the extra room is worth the small additional cost.
We arrived from the airport after an over night flight. Our room had just been vacated, so while they were cleaning, a meeting room was set up with 2 beds, aircon on & room darkened so as we could have a sleep.
We popped down to the pool for a quick swim & it wasn't long before our room was ready.
The staff were again courteous & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. There were more people staying than on our last visit, but it still felt like you were the only ones there.
The heat was made bearable by the pool, grassy shaded areas to recline in & cold drinks delivered to you.
A short walk to the bridge & there are plenty of little bars & restaurants if you take a leisurely stroll down Mae Num Kwai Road- the main road from the bridge.
Highly recommend this resort & will stay again when we next visit Kanchanaburi.

We unfortunately only stayed here for one night, but due to our schedule wish we could of stayed longer. It's very pieceful and tranquil except for the local karaoke badge that go past periodically. The staff at this hotel are amazing, could not do enough for you. The restaurant is good for break fast and evening meals. Rooms are small but have every little detail taken care of, including and ipod packed with tranquil music to get you in mood for the place. Views of the river are out of this world and it's only 10 min walk from the bridge. Worth a stay and visit to the tiger temple

Small hotel, small swimming pool . Only one room you can see the views from the river (201), very clean room but quite a little small. Breakfast was good, the staff was nice and professional.
There have free for bicycles, fitness room was small, crowded and have only tow jogging machines. And 6 pm until midnight sometime you have to listen the noise of Esan song from boat run pass the hotel.

This hotel is a perfect oasis for those who want to get away from it all. Located right on the river Kwai the railway bridge can be seen the from the restaurant and terrace. Serice is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. Free bike hire so you can you get around. If you want to walk there are a number of good bars within 200m

Room Tip: They are all good

We came for 3 nights and ended up staying 5. Dont "do" Kanchanaburi in a day, take the time to go out to Hellfire pass. This hotel is a fantastic place right on a bend of the famous river and within sight of the bridge from the perfectly kept gardens. Rooms open to outside, and I walked to breakfast every day bare foot as everything is spotless inside and out. Rooms are a little small by USA standards, but fine for everyone else.

It was a good idea to stay by the river when we were in Kanchanaburi this trip. The location was great by the river and next to the bridge which is one of the attractions there. The staff was pretty nice, polite, helpful, and packed of service mind. The room was good and got all of the necessities we needed. We also got a chance to relax with massage after a long day of trekking and hiking from the waterfall. And it was the superb moment for two of us for sure.

The breakfast buffet was amazing and I enjoyed so much everyday while I was there. At first I thought it was a small selection for being a buffet. But once you could select your own hand cooked breakfast and customized coffee you picked you will be impressed. On top of that, having breakfast by the peaceful river was lovely.
