Nice and comfortable hotel. Very clean. I stay in Family room it is so big and spacious. Wifi is very fast. location wise you need to walk about 5-10 minute to Aonang mainroad which is consider near.
The staff wise is ok but they can't really understand english so well.
The swimming pool is very deep 1.5M. Not so suitable for those who can't swim but have a small kids pool.
Overall is a good hotel.
Room Number 303 and 304.

Room Tip: They charge 3% if you are using credit card to pay.

Very nice hostel which is actually laid out more like a hotel. We got upgraded to a sea view room for no charge when we arrived, which is always a plus. The ''sea view'' was actually a ''tiny sliver of water view'' but I'm not complaining. Just be aware of what you are getting if you book into a sea view room.

We actually stayed for 6 nights total, on two separate occoasions, and in both rooms the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms nice and clean. The rooms got made up every day, which I think even included a quick tidy up of the bathrooms.

The breakfast is quite nice, with a few different options. The quality and service in the morning varied a bit from day to day, depending on how busy it is you may have to track down the server.

Location was pretty good, about a 10 minute walk to the beachfront and longtail boats to Railay, Ton Sai, etc. The way back to the hotel was a bit of an uphill climb on a busy, narrow road, but we did it many times and lived to tell the tale! There was also a street food market about 5 minutes down the hill.

The pool was lovely; quite small, but very deep and refreshing. It's in a funny little space between two high buildings so go for the relaxingt, not the view.
The staff in general were helpful enough when approached directly, but seemed to have a pretty low interest level. Not rude by any means, though.

Also, as the title of the review says, be aware that ''Ao Nang Beach'' is actually the size of a small town, and is about a 20 minute drive from Krabi Town. You can get there quite cheaply, but just be aware that if you're in Krabi Town and looking for Ao Nang, you're not quite there yet. Watch for the white Songthaews doing the loop between the two towns, they stop at various places but you can just flag them down and they only cost 50 baht, or 60 baht to/from the Krabi bus station.

This hotel is dead nice, lovely views, pool and rooms were top marks, it is a little walk to the beach and the main street but some lovely places to eat on the way. Didnt have breakfast whilst we was there. Only problem was the staff were a little rude.

Bens house was clean and bright, it was excellent value at 700 baht for a superior sea view room including breakfast. Pool was small but deep and very refreshing. Breakfast was ok , but it would of been nice if it was served with a smile, the girl serving the breakfast looked like she just didn't want to be there. Good location just a short still to shops restaurants and bars.

I stayed at Ben's House during a 2-week tour of SE Asia. Ben's House was by far the best place we stayed. Rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We were greeted by Ben with fresh orange juice, fruit, and brandy. Wi-fi worked reliably. Beds were so comfortable it was difficult to leave them in the morning. The mini-bar was a nice added touch which made it easy to relax. I highly recommend.
