we book a pm class and Pink pick us up punctually at 12pm. as someone who has never cooked at home before, I was able to cook 5+1 dishes with no problem at all, and the food cooked was tasty! Instructions by instructor Pink was patient and clear and she is always there to assist if you get any problem cooking. She also gave us a lesson on the thai ingredients before our class. Each of us get to choose what we wanna cooked from a menu list, except for dessert (we chose mango sticky rice) which is the common dish for the 2 of us. With 5 food items each, so that makes it 11 dishes in total for the 2 of us (we chose pad thai, seafood fried rice, green curry, red curry, papaya salad, seafood salad, chicken with cashew nut, ginger chicken, coconut milk chicken soup etc). Cooking each dish is less than 10 mins. You get to eat after you cook every 2 dishes, at a big dining table, as if you are in a restaurant. The cooking class environment is very clean and woks are washed and dried for you after each dish cooked. The ingredients used were fresh and the prawns fresh/chicken were very tender. I love the green curry I made myself the best. you can taste the green chilli freshness! Save your tummy.. we couldn't finish the food by the last course! after the class, you get a recipe book and a certificate in passing the course haha! we requested to take a pic with our instructor Pink, and she suggested us to hold the wok and pans to pose for the pic. haha. told me their cooking school has been around for more than 15 years. I cant wait to try out the cooking back home . overall it was good fun trip for us to spend our time in krabi. strongly recommended
