“Pretty but not spectacular”
Reviewed 14 December 2013

A nice place to come if you have time, but not as much fun or as beautiful as other locations in Krabi. incredibly slippery around the edges, I managed to fall in fully clothed, so be careful with young children

“Worth the walk”
Reviewed 11 December 2013

The Emerald Pool/ Blue Pool trek was such an exciting and exhilarating experience. It's quite a long journey into the jungle to find this beautiful natural wonder, but at the end of the day when you walk away it will be worth every second. After experiencing the incredible bright blue colour of the "Blue Pool" you are rewarded with a cooling and relaxing swim in the Emerald Pool.

“Nice view of the whole trekking”
Reviewed 10 December 2013

Took the 1400m route thru the jungle heading to Emerald pool & it was a great journey. The water is so clear & refreshing especially the Emerald pool area. The stream is flowing emerald colored water too. Headed in further to view the legendary Blue pool but no swimming allowed there due to quick sand.

“Nice to do, but far away”
Reviewed 8 December 2013

I've been to the Emerald Pool before, but I was with someone who had not seen it so decided to make the long motorbike ride there.

It's in a national park, so there is a 200 baht per foreigner fee. Then after you enter the park, you have to hike another kilometer to get to the actual pool.

It's nice as it is natural, but really not as good as most hotel pools.

“Beautiful emerald and blue pool”
Reviewed 2 December 2013

This park has beautiful natural mineral pools, the largest of which is the emerald pool, but the blue pool is definitely worth the extra walk. Enjoyable place to spend a couple hours.
