This is not anywhere near a country club. The mineral springs are a ceramic pool with "spring" water, but just looks like dirty water. There is no actual mud bath, just mud facials and mud body masks, but they charge for each 15min, so about 60 baht/15 min of a mud facial.
Soaking in the foot baths is outdoors and it was already hot, so didn't really make sense to soak in extremely hot water.
We asked if there was any shampoo for a shower after any of the mud treatment or mineral springs soak, but there was none. The shower is just outdoors next to the mineral springs pool.
The "Thai body massage" was not really a Thai massage, there was very little stretching and the majority, about 45min was a waste of time. Probably the worst I've had in Asia. The shoulder part of the massage was decent, but for 200 baht/hr, I could have gone anywhere else without spending the time or money to get here.
In addition the tuk tuk driver charges about 500 baht for the ride there and back, so it's like paying 450 baht for a bad one hour massage.
Normally, I'm a little more understanding of the difference in standards for spa type treatments in Asia, but considering how plentiful and excellent massages are in the rest of Thailand, this was a big disappointment.
Don't bother. Stay in the town and spend some time with the locals or book a longer tour to trek in the mountains and visit the hill tribe villages, which were a highlight of our trip, a much more authentic
