Very friendly staff and nice room.

It was a bit out of my budget at 700 baht (should have been 800 but gave a little discount) for a double room but the room was very nice and I'd been walking around with my backpack for 15 minutes. The staff were super friendly and lots of fun. The room was an ok size but not huge. The location is great as i's close to Bangla Road (if that's your kind of thing) and close to a night market and quieter bars.

Please note that I stayed here in Oct which is low season. I hear prices can double in peak season.

Great value - top service. travel with style on a budget

I was travelling with mates through Phuket and all of a sudden we realised we hadn't booked two nights! Off down the sois past Bangla we go. My mate went left - i went right. It's needless to say this place is central. Off the extension of bangla road, past the rock n roll club, about two hundred metres on the right hand side sits nice little botique "White Patong"

four floors, clean rooms, nice bar, good food, good service, cheap prices.

that's the good stuff. The best part of this property is staying here gets you free access to the health club across the road and use of its pools and gym club. Excellent.

Friendly helpful staff, dont ask them to carry your bags though! No lifts! climbing four flights of stairs with 30kg isnt my idea of fun but all in all not bad, and far better than some of the surrounding properties.

Will certainly recommend this properties for the budget conscious travellor who likes a touch of class - just a touch, not a splash.

Room tip: - ask for the pass to the health club! hang around there all day for nothing! Also discount for scuba classes. - if the desk clerk calls you a butterfly its NOT a good thing!!!!!!!!

Good quality hotel at a great price!

Firstly, this hotel is right next to Bangla rd so is not ideal for a relaxing family holiday. But who goes to Patong beach for a relaxing holiday, right?? Never got back before 3am during my stay so was never bothered by noise.
However, in the daytime, with curtains drawn, windows closed and the A.C. on, it was heaven.
The rooms were big and clean and the staff were very friendly.
I had all my meals in the restaurant which were good value

Loved this place, will be returning.

It was a joy to stay here. The staff are all friendly and fun, the location is excellent and the price very reasonable indeed.

This was the first time I had been to Thailand/Phuket so didn't know what to expect. There is no swimming pool but I didn't find this a big deal plus for the price you can't expect the Ritz,

I stayed in both the deluxe and superior rooms, which were both very clean, though the deluxe is markedly bigger and has a great view of the always eventful Soi Sansabai road lol.

IT CAN be noisy here, if you are after a nice quiet hotel then this may not be for you, but if you are here to enjoy the nightlife it is great. It is also guest friendly.

There is a language barrier with some of the staff but you can still communicate.

I would have tipped some of the staff on leaving (reception and the waitresses) but was in rather a rush but will do in November when I return.

Good Posi, Good Value

Stayed 5 nights during the low of low season .It rained most of the time. This hotel is right close to Bangla rd and all the night life.No joiner fee.
The hotel rooms are very good.Clean and quite new.Light coloured tiles, adequate bathroom and excellent shower with plenty of hot water.

Wifi connect worked well.

Noise can be an issue if your early to bed.Nighclubs are quite close although due to the recent fire at tiger disco there's a crackdown on closing times- stricly 2 am.Still its never perfectly quiet there due to street noise and drunkards yelling etc.
But if you have a few beers and you won't notice.

I see a few complaints about staff at reception.Its not a 5 star hotel so dont expect 5 star staff.Its ridiculous to say i want to pay less than 30$ a night and then expect 200$ a night service.

I found the staff fine.In fact I gave JOY a small gift on leaving.

The hotel is terrific value and in better condition than most in the price range.Its a winner.

Room tip: Hire a moped for your transport.Stuff at the jungceylon mall is often cheaper than the kerbside markets.
