We spent four nights here and we had a great time. Great location, with plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was always fresh and tasty and the cocktails by the pool were a great way to get the night started. As we were leaving before breakfast on the last day the hotel packed us a breakfast pack to take in the taxi. Very thoughtful of them!

The pool was lovely and was not busy, we were often the only ones there. The location is right in the middle of Patong - a shortcut through a back alley gets you to the beach in minutes. On the downside the rooms are getting a bit shabby but quite comfortable enough and we are not fussy about small details like some people are. My thinking is you get what you apy for. This was well priced for the location. So its nothing flash, but the location is great. And yes it was quiet as promised.

Room Tip: ask for high floor facing garden for a nice balcony

The hotel's room was very dirty especially bathroom. We required room service for re-cleaning the room but the result's the same as before. So we changed our room at the end of first day. On second day our internet connection got broken then we required new password but the reception told me to come down to get a new password, so i did.
When we want to check out, the room service controlled our room and they found a small-black spot on our sheet and the manager came and told us that we had to pay 1500baht for the spot. I got really surprised because this is the silliest thing I have ever heard in my life. The manager kept on talking in a rude and disrespectful way. I can strictly warn you not to stay in a hotel with a manager like this.

Given the rating this place had, it was quite a let down. Upon getting into our rooms we soon discovered that there was water damage everywhere. Not a little bit, but enough to make the wooden shelving the en suite sink was on bend and bow. The shelving was hanging on for dear life and if used would have fallen off. Upon having a shower we discovered that there was a design fault which meant the water ran through a gap in the glass and flooded the floor. When using the sink we found the water poured out of the join in the exposed piping. There was only one socket that could be used in the whole room even though it was a twin room. The elevator was terrifying. There was no shade cloth at all for the pool which made cooling off not an option in the blazing sun. At one point some friends staying two rooms down were unable to get into their room. They were locked out and not even the master key worked. They were told to 'go shopping' and come back and it 'might be fixed'. Of course they couldn't go shopping, all their money and personals were in their room. Then they were told to go swimming which they were still unable to do as their clothing/towel were in their room. They were told is might take an hour and then were not told much else. They just had to sit in the hall way, or chill in our room. At one point there were at least 4 or 5 men, probably workers, standing around the broken door lock just chatting for about 40 minutes. The room was unlocked about three and a half hours later and the couple was moved to the room next door. No compensation was offered what so ever. It was so frustrating as we had no idea what was going on. The couple was not even notified that the door was open, then couple only found out because they went out to see what was going on.

Room Tip: If you know what you're getting and just want a bed to sleep in, then it is completely fine. We were upset because we were lead to believe this place was nicer and maintained at a high level. This is not the case. They do provide breakfast - again nothing flash. We were inconvenienced and even the top staff members lacked true problem solving skills that go above and beyond. They just do the minimum to smooth something over. Not impressed at all, but was a reasonable bed to sleep on during our stay.

This Hotel is tidy with friendly staff .It looks like it is set up for a busier use in mind with its own spa, poolside bar, restaurant and lounge with a bar. However during my stay in September the Guests weren't using all those facilities. The restaurant is mainly used for breakfast and the Pool bar is used spasmodically.
The Pool is clean, big and a feature of the Hotel. The Hotel is in a great location with a short walk you can be on the beach, the main road, in Jungceylon shopping center or on the infamous Bangla road. Although you are really close to these attractions you will not hear them from this secluded hotel.I found the breakfast was aimed at the Asian consumer with little choice for others but was plentiful enough.
in Summary, A good price for a convenient Hotel with a nice pool and friendly service.
I stayed in a pool facing room and was happy with the room and cleaning service. The noise of the other rooms doors slamming shut throughout the day and night was disturbing to my rest.

Room Tip: Choose a pool facing room
