I stayed in this hotel for 9 days.
Internet is free but really slow. Only could have an uninterrupted internet after 01:00.
Breakfast is not so good. Fried egg, ham, cornflakes, milk and juices. Sometimes salad also.
But not worth to pay for it.
Location is good. I like walking and 1 km walking to jungceylon is no problem for me. But to go to the beach, have to walk more. Motobike can be a good solution about it. Only 180 baht/day in hotel's street.
But anyway, good performance for this price

If you are expecting short distance to patong beach or bangla road, then this hotel is not the first choice on your list. Otherwise, everything is just great.
1.The price is good. they provide free wifi.
2.The room is clean and spacious with big tv and balcony. theres a swimming pool too.
3.There's a few bars along the road and there is this food shop across the road ( THAI FOOD) with great thai food!
4.20mins walk to bangla road (you can cut through Jungceylon)
5.The staffs are really friendly and helpful.

The only one wrong thing that i can pick on this hotel is that
The road to bangla road or Jungceylon or patong beach is up and down hills. so it might be quite tiring.

But if you are looking for a comfortable room quiet night to sleep and you dont mind walking. this is the hotel that i would recommend. I myself enjoyed staying here for 3 nights.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Oct 2013. Average hotel with average amnesties. Location is far by Patong standard not really walking distance. (20 mins to Jungceylon , 30 mins to Patong Beach) but what they never tell you is the pathway to walk to Patong Beach is up and down hills. Might want to consider getting a hotel nearer to Patong Beach. Also hotel has 2 wings i think (2 different buildings) 1 side is exactly like in the pictures shown but the other wing the rooms are VERY different from the pictures. Breakfast is very very limited and simple. And there's no lift so if you have big luggage then good luck to ya.

All in all its cheap for a reason.

I stayed here while I was solo travelling through October 1st to the 17th of 2013.

I can't really say there is anything wrong with this hotel, this was my first time in Thailand and thus the first hotel I stayed at, and was very pleased! The location is good, its not a bad walk to the beach (i just cut through Jungceylon mall and took me only about 10minutes to get to the beach), there are TONS of things nearby/right beside, cute little pizza shop across the street.

There is no stairs, so if youre like me and pack heavy...DONT ! But the staff are awsome!! They made sure my bags went up to my floor and down when i departed with lots of ease, didn't have to lift a finger.

They are also great with calling you safe reliable taxi's, and making sure you have a taxi to get back to the hotel!

The room in itself was nice, clean, and a good size, I had a street facing room, so there was lots of street car noise, but things like that don't bother me at all. I enjoy the busy atmosphere.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, its cheap, the staff are good, and location is just right. Close enough to everything, but enough distance also.

Stayed for 5 nights early October, deluxe room (room 207) paid about $25 Australian a night which included Brekky - awesome place to stay couldn't be happier! Staff are really friendly, located across from 7/11 and family mart, about a 15min stroll to the beach, 10 min walk to Jungceylon shopping centre, nice little neat pool, great balcony with deck chair, free wifi, free DVD hire, comfy bed, free computer downstairs. Breakfast basic but decent overall value for money 5/5 stars - will be going back to stay in April!

I along with my family stayed in this for three nights. First of all, it is too far from the main junction from where island hoping starts. Room is big and clean. No elevator. Poorest breakfast. Not the right one fro elder person!

We stayed at the Album in August for 26 nights, we were pretty had it after flying up from Perth and waiting in Singapore for 5 hours, we arrived at about 10 in the morning, expecting to wait for our room, but it was ready, cannot fault this Hotel, Rooms cleaned daily. Very pleasant staff. Lots of restaurants near and the walk to Jung Ceylon is less than 10 minutes.
My overall experience is a good one for my husband and I. We found it very quiet there during our stay. I consider the price at the time very good, this included breakfast and two bottles of water each day. Coffee each day at breakfast very nice to kick start the day,

Room Tip: Rooms facing pool are better than on the road side.
