For a cheap, relatively clean and quiet place to sleep this a decent spot for your money. The best part about it was the food. They offered room service for pennies on the dollar and the stir fry was so good this was the only place we ended up eating while in Patong. Not too far a walk from the beach and Bangla road, but far enough away to get a break from it when needed. Staff did not speak very good English and were absolutely clueless and not helpful at all. Also, only gave us one key to the room and one night when I returned after my roommate was asleep instead of letting me in they called the room to wake him up. Still not very happy about that. Overall, it is decent spot for the money but was very frustrating staying there at times.

Fortunatly we only had to stay in this hotel 1 night. The room was musty and felt very stale. We had to leave the curtains open to limit the amount of mildew smell in he room and kept the AC running full time to air the place out. It was cheap but, still was not worth it. We also had to get extra bed sheets because the matress was stained. Defintely recommend avoiding this place

This Hotel is very noisy, construction every where around, far from the beach and people who work there are very unpleasant.
They say they have a wifi connection which they don t, so they are liers.
The rooms are dirty, nothing for it, go to another place.

Room Tip: Go to another Hotel

Great hotel close to Patong Beach and away from the noise which was perfect for me atleast. Clean & Big Rooms, Polite Staff, excellent location and cheap. You cant really ask for more.
I would definitely recommend this place if you want to stay close to Patong Beach and the market.

Horrible customer service. Ran out of wter during showers..called to front desk and nobody came to do anything. Had to use my water bottle to finish my shower. Sometimes there wouldn't even be any water in the shower for up to 3 hours in the evening when you just want to shower and sleep. Again the front desk said she'll call her boss but nobody ever show up to fix anything. No WARM water at all, cold showers during the day is ok but at night time..not ok. Sink and mirror attached to sink were broken.. looks like it had been broken for a while since when we checked in, there were no broken pieces lying around. The front desk lady refused to assess the situation and when she did walk up to the room, was very upset that we inconvienent her daily routine. She saw it and blamed it on Burmese housekeeping for not telling anyone. The bathroom door wouldn't even lock. Refused to let us cancel or give us our money back and asked multiple times to switch rooms and every front desk staff kept saying they will call their boss but the situation never got taken care off until after the 2nd day of our stay. When we finally moved to their sister hotel next door to them, customer service was as bad. While we were out touring they didn't wait for us, went into our hotel room and took all of our belongings and dumped them on their lobby floor in public. We we returned, we were upset and they lady in the front desk blamed us for not packing our stuff if we wanted to move when in fact that morning before we left, we asked her about moving and she said its not for sure. I was in Thailand for 3 weeks and this was the worst part ever. I will NEVER stay in this hotel or their sister hotel again.

Room Tip: Don't stay here. There are better places with good customer service for the same price around ph...

Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. 5 mins walk to the new shopping centre, which has a huge supermarket and a Boots chemist as well as a Starbucks cafe. 10 mins walk to the beach. There's also a good night market very nearby. My room was very big, balcony had no view, but it didn't bother me. The staff are super helpful. King-size bed was super comfy! Air-con also excellent. Staff cleaned the room every day. I would return! Very cheap rates too.

updating my first post.
When i told the hotel manager that i felt like being cheated when she asked me to pay 4000baht to repair a bike, she told me she would email me the bill of the repairs. Obviously, i never received any email and i'm pretty sure the bike is still with the scratch.

REMINDER: i had to leave very early in the morning (around 5am) as i was leaving for bangkok and as i checked out, they wouldn't give me my passport back. they told me that i had damaged their bike (i didn't!) and asked me to pay 4000baht to repair it, else they wouldn't give me my passport. the hotel manager even threatened me by pretending she was calling the police!

i'm not surprised seeing so many bad reviews about them! as i said in my first review, their room were fine and service was not that bad. but what they did to me says a lot about them.
