I will not recomend this hotel for stay. Dirty rooms. Hospitality is zero. Hose keeping zero.
Manager and mangement zero. We were there for 2 nights and was not able to sleep. Ac cooling is very less. Extra bed given was very hard. Matress was thin and even manager was not helping us.
Wastatge of money

Celebrated my wife's 50th birthday here. enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool and delicious meal though. I received a well and warm reception from the staff. I also enjoyed using the free wifi facility and the shuttle to town, beach and back to the hotel.

This is my second time to be in in phucket. So i compre this hotel with the previous one. The location is far from the famous street (bangla road) so every time u need to take taxi to go there. The hotel is clean. The staff is not very helpful. The breakfast is not very good.

We stayed for 8 days and had a very nice time here. They have a very strict policy of 2pm Check-in which can be a bit frustrating for people through long flights. This hotel is always full on occupancy and has large number of visitors. The breakfast is very suitable for Vegetarians and Sub-continent Crowd and hence we loved it. There are 4 buildings, building one has the reception & swimming pool (on top most floor) and second building has the Breakfast place and Gym, Building three has a wonderful/amazing SPA joint named So Thai Spa which includes lovely SP/Couples SPA Packages. We spent a good 4-5hrs in the SPA. The pool is descent enough and good for chilling and a quick swim. The Night Market 'Malin Plaza' is right behind the hotel and hence you can plan your shopping. Plenty of Massage Parlours around and its fun exploring each one of them. We'd booked a Superior room with balcony and were allotted in Building one. The rooms are comfy and 70% look like those in photos :) There have been very harsh reviews all over but my experience was totally different. The receptionists are very kind and generous, always smiling and greeted us everyday. Its a cosmopolitan hotel and people from all around the world check-in. The rooms were cleaned, sheets were changed on the daily basis - the key point over here is to press the Green button near the main door which indicates "Please clean my room". The free bus service (to beach and Jungceylon mall) is helpful but we preferred riding bike around the town... covering complete east - west coast Phuket circumference. The Wifi in our building (one) was descent, sometimes bad but disconnecting - connecting again resolved the issue. Don't expect much from the balconies, all you can see in another balcony - that hardly matters. In all we had a pleasant stay as we spent around 30% of the trip time here.
Last but not the least, this is not in any way a 4 star hotel - just a 3 Star.

Room Tip: Building One is Good
