“Great staff & service, clean place ”
Reviewed 13 December 2013 via mobile

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Forgot to take my beach towel along & one of them came chasing after me with it.

Rooms were clean, nice beds.

Tried their English breakfast. Tasty, big portion & decently priced.

The location is strategic as it is nearby all the Patong hot spots (wet market, night market with loads of bbq food stalls!! , shopping malls, Bangla road, boxing stadium & the beach).

Highly recommended to stay here!

The staff here are lovely. I had left a hostel from hell that morning and I asked about a room. The rate was very reasonable and they even arranged for me to check in there and then.
The food here is lovely, you can even get brekkie in your room and for 700 baht , it was heaven.

Room 405 was large with kitchenette, kettle, microwave, sink, cutlery, cups etc. Usual other gear, medium sized fridge, flat screen TV (no dvd player), air con. View to north west hills across backblocks of Patong, quite nice, with balcony for fresh air. Plenty of storage space for a couple, King sized bed. Daily cleaning spot on, breakfast fantastic actually (paid for not with room rate). Note: hotel only accepts cash payments no credit card facility. 2 minute walk to Jungceylon Shopping Centre,10mins to Bangla Road.

Room Tip: I wanted a kitchenette (room 405), so paid a little extra, but nicer view out the back

Beds are SO comfy, didn't want to get out of them. Location is great access for shopping, restaurants and bars, and staff were nice. Wifi was a bit iffy but I think that was because of the heavy rain. Tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, would highly recommend this place

We only stayed for one night in this hotel. We liked the hotel, the rooms are great. everything was clean and modern, it exceeded our expectations by miles! The price is great for the product which you receive! the only negative issue with the rooms are the noise coming from the street, which makes it hard to sleep at night, if you are a light sleeper.
However we had a major issue with the hotel. The night shift guy totally ripped us off when ordering a taxi to the airport. He overcharged us and then just asked one of his friends to drive us to the airport. In the morning (5.30am) his friend came and drove us to the airport. However, his friend fell ASLEEP while driving us! I actually had to wake him up!!
This was such a terrifying experience and made us feel really bad about the whole experience in this hotel! This should not be the standard...not even in a budget hotel!!!

I stayed for 2 nights and it's definitely my greatest stay during the trip. Unlike the other hotel, the staff didn't even ask me to pay anything when she handed me the key, so cool! And when I entered the room, well, another WOW, the room is huge, clean, nice design, fast i-net, it's so so complete, and the bed just perfect. Even the housekeeping team give (likely) every guest a welcoming chocolate, that's just simple attitude yet so kind. In all, seriously, I can't remember anything else but the bed and how I enjoyed my sleep in this hotel. Perfect, I wish I can stay for more days.

Ps. the location is great, though you need a little walk but since the crowd is everywhere so i guess, that's not a big deal (5mins to Bangla, about 10 to Patong Beach)

Room Tip: No pool or fitness center available.

About 40 minute taxi ride from the airport, mini bus stops at tourist info don't book very pricey! Hotel is great location if you want to be in the touristy parts and near all strip bars etc, a few live music bars also there and ten minutes to the beach.
If you go right out the hotel you will find an evening food market try something! If you cross over the road from there, there is a huge shopping mall, go straight through both malls and go left and follow the road round you will find patong market, barter with all purchases, I can guarentee you can get it at half their starting price. Hotel is clean rooms are pretty big and restaurant is reasonably priced. Only complaint wifi disconnected for a day after street powercut and staff weren't very informative on the situation! If you don't want! to be in this busy touristy area with people shouting and offering stuff don't stay in patong (we hated it) stay in the places above or below (so I'm told). 2 nights would be ideal for this area if you want to check it out enjoy :)
