We stayed at this lovely hotel on an all inclusive basis with First Choice. We were given a card to show at the restaurants & bars & at first this was a bit of a hassle as there is a specific menu for all-inclusive customers with slightly fewer choices. Once the staff got to know us it was much better & very good value overall as all the restaurants did have a very good choice & we had some lovely meals & the breakfast was very good. The rooms are very clean & the hotel grounds are very well kept & the staff are lovely & very friendly. The pools are great too. My only complaint is regarding the entertainment for adults. In the brochure it states exercise classes during the day but I did not see any & when I asked in the lobby I was told by the receptionist 'only the gym' but towards the end of the holiday I noticed a very small sign with an activities timetable. I think the entertainments team need to be more vocal & make announcements when things are starting so people can get involved. The evening entertainment also needs to be changed although the band on the Friday afternoon in the garden were very good & the activities for children looked very good too. The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride to Patong & we did take the free bus provided by the hotel quite a few times. If you enjoy going for walks outside the hotel there is nothing much to see, it has a steep hill in both directions & no shops other than Windsurf Bar up the road with a lovely view & Little Tiger restaurant up some steps on the Beach, which I was told was nice though I personally didn't eat there . Overall we really enjoyed our holiday & we would go back, it was our first time in Thailand & the people are very friendly & the weather was fantastic.

I stayed here with my family last year and enjoyed the whole time we were there. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and daily buffet breakfast was to die for! Everything was incredibly fresh. This hotel is not in the center of Patong and is in the middle of two beaches which is perfectly safe for families. There is a shuttle that takes you into town, and they offer another shuttle that takes you into Phuket also. Rooms were spacious and immaculate, cleaned everyday.

Room Tip: Request a room facing the secluded beach, it doesn't disappoint.

Stayed in this hotel in January 2014. The hotel is a nice hotel, we where travelling in a large group so got to see all different rooms. Stayed in a superior room and it was more than adequate. All room sizes are large and bathrooms are of a very good size. The pools are really nice and always kept clean and tidy. The hotel gym is small but does the job.

The only downside of the hotel for us was its locating. Although close to patong by taxi or tuk tuk you are unable to walk out the street and go find somewhere to eat or shop which is what i love doing in thailand.

The hotel is fantastic especially for families. It has amazing pools interlinked via tunnels so you can let the kids loose and have fun while you relax poolside. The room we had was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The premises are well maintained. Having said that, we were disappointed with the tree lopping on Christmas day as the main pool area was closed all morning. The hotel has a private beach that was pretty enough at high tide and quite rocky at low tide. The beach had wonderful beach massages for 300 baht for 60 minutes and a laundry service at THB50-60 per kg which was great value for money. We were disappointed not seeing many (if any) smiling faces by the hotel staff. The swim up bar was average in that it was less than half full most of the time. This was probably because the bar tenders seemed to be in a bad mood and only smiled when you’d tip them. Unlike many other resorts there was only one poolside happy hour during our 5 day stay. Even though you get 2 for 1 cocktails/beers they still attracted gov taxes and surcharges on everything ordered which equated to an extra 20% to your bill. The hotel is about 5km out of busy Patong and costs THB300 one way. The hotel offers a free shuttle service but it’s not frequent enough. Breakfasts were the same everywhere but the selection here was limited. There are many restaurants on site but quite expensive compared to Patong town. The little shack café out front offered beverages and snacks at reasonable prices so we and many other people took advantage of that. I would prefer to stay in Patong beach area on my next visit.

We are staying at the resort for two weeks holiday with small kids (two families - kids 8 months, 2 & 5 yrs).
The location is peaceful and outside of the busy Patong beach area, which suits well for families. It takes 300 baht and 5-10min to Patong with taxi.

Hotel beach is not very swimmable (rocky and low tide it is very difficult to enter water). However the pool area is huge and suits well also for swimming with kids.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and they also provide robust baby cot on request.

We purchased the all inclusive package for our convenience as there aren't really other than hotel restaurants nearby and all inclusive is handy with kids. However it has been disappointing that they have not fully implemented this concept, but quite often it creates extra confusion and hazzle in restaurant. They have different menus for all inclusive and non all inclusive guests, it also applies to drinks. They could do much better if they finetuned this to work smoothly.

They have nice selection of restaurants, Italian, Thai, and a few international plus a buffet with changing theme nights. The biggest disappointment has been the extremely low service in restaurants. Several times it has taken 2,5 hrs to eat a 3 course meal even when we have come so early that there has been only a few other customers dining. And this is with small kids, quite challenging to keep them entertained for such a long time. Some waiters are also ignorant so it is slow to get e.g. More drinks at times. I would say that if they wish to be a family friendly resort they must fix this issue with service and do it quickly.

Breakfast was ok, but I missed the fresh exotic fruits that you usually get in 4* restaurant in the tropics. Here the selection of fruits and juices is very limited (watermelon, cantaloupe melon, pineapple, papaya and some times tangerine or bananas).

I tried the pedicure at the spa and that was not any luxury either. Quite basic facilities and the staff was not very professional. With that price 450baht it is ok, but I still won't go again.

I would say overall that hotel has nice facilities, but the service needs upgrading, the management has quite a lot to do if they want to be a good family resort.

The location of the hotel is beautiful on its own private beach. Has 3 great large pools. Close enough to Patong to get there in 5 minutes (300 baht in taxi) and far enough to imagine yourself in your own private resort.

Rooms great, large, comfiest beds I've ever slept on.....view was amazing.....air conditioning o k but gets weaker the higher up the hotel you go.

Billing was acurate and no problems.

Dinner and lunch, food was average at best. Breakfast was good....

Now the bad....No sun beds after 8am, get there early if you want a bed at all, 7am if you want a brolly and even earlier if you want one on the beach!!!

Hotel fairly dated and could really use a deep clean. All inclusive just settling down but a great benefit, staff try but could really benefit from some training especially in speaking English.

Wifi in room was erratic and not strong enough to stream movies.

Gym was ok, no windows, internal room, cold air conditioning and plenty of machines but very few free weights.

Its 5* for position. For everything else its 3*. I wouldn't stay here again

Our rep was great though

Well what a surprise this hotel was. It was booked as a replacement for Bangkok due to all the election turmoil.
It was well situated on a private beach that was pretty enough at high tide and quite rocky a low tide.
The beach had wonderful beach massages for 300 baht for 60 minutes that was great value for money.
The restaurants in the hotel were really good with different variety. Thai, Seafood, Cafes all served good value priced meals.
The daily buffet breakfast was first class with all the necessary item including a fresh omelettes.
A short taxi ride to Patong (300 baht) made this the ideal location.
