Stayed in a double room with air con, hot shower & awesome wifi. The breakfast is great too! Rooms are spacious, comfy & beds are wonderful with really fresh linen. Staff are polite, informative & friendly. Great location, not too close to the hussle & bussle of patong but within walking distance. It's a fantastic base & would highly recommend!!

A wonderful place to stay in a relatively quiet area considering it is so close to the beach and general incitement of Patong. Very clean, well furnished and designed rooms. A good sizes too. Very spacious open, airy lobby area with chairs and tables for dining, working or whatever. You can chill out here all day. No shut in feeling. Lovely staff, so friendly and helpful. By far the nicest modest hotel I have stayed at in Thailand. Ended up staying far longer than planned. The manager, Chris, is really the key to the super-functionality of the place. He communicates well, is outgoing, loves his work and is genuinely interested in serving the needs of his guests. A good judge of appropriate tours for ones individual profile and follows up on their performances. I highly recommend this hotel. It is safe, secure and comfortable. Well done owner/s on appointing such an effective executive to manage this delightful establishment. The night staff member, Lin, cooks a great breakfast and splendid coffee. He is a delightfull person. The day lady, who seems to be the boss on the bar/cafe area in the daytime is lovely, so charming and obliging. She calls herself Kelly, but that is a name she takes for the ease of us outsiders who may have difficulty with names for people of other countries. A wonder full team.
I shall miss them when I return home to my little town of Waihi in New Zealand.

I have been quite a few times in Phuket, and in my opinion, it is the best hotel in its price range. Welcoming, clean, calm, well located, in walking distance of everything. Good for couples, families or couples (I stayed there 10 days with my girlfriend). During the day, takes yours towel and walk to the beach for a swim. At night, walk to the night markets and to Bengla Street. In my opinion, a top location. The rooms are cosy, mattresses and bedsheets are new. The free wifi internet works perfectly.

Unbeatable price in its category.

I will rate maximum because Baan Sabai Dee made my stay in Phuket fantastic!

Chris, the manager, is warm, wellcoming, efficient and honest. He speaks french and english, and has tons of tips to give you. Wether going to Koh Phi Phi, James Bond Island, or wisiting the island. He will enhance the quality of your stay. The other employees are incredibly welcoming and smiling in all occasions.

Baan sabai de is a cozy little B&B located just 3 minutes walk to the main beach in Patong. I had the privilege to stay on the 4th floor that faces the beautiful view of the mountains. There are balconies located in each room with chairs and table to sort of hangout and chill -which I love- and the interior is simply homey and cozy. It could need a few decorations inside like paintings or some art work hanging on the wall but overall everything is wonderful. The bathroom has warm water, shampoo & soap and towels are also provided by the hotel. I couldn't really use the sink as it was somehow clogged and the water remained on the sink for quite sometime but it wasn't a big deal since I could use the shower instead.

One thing that I always look for in a hostel/hotel/B&B is the service and I can say that Baan Sabai De -during my visit in July- gave it all out to provide the best for their customers. I give props to the manager, Chris, who recommended lots of great places to visit, one which was Tiger Kingdom, a truly unforgettable experience if you're into tigers, and restaurants located just a couple of minutes from the hotel. Other offers are also provided by the hotel like Island tours and massage & spa services.

Overall, I truly recommend this B&B to stay in Patong. It is located in a strategic area and is very easy to find. It's just a few steps from Boomerang Inn, Aspery Hotel and Andaman Embrace Resort &Spa in Hadpatong Road.

Thank you for the wonderful time!

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet street about 15 minutes walking distance from the beach. The manager, Chris is a fantastic guy who helped us out with a lot of information about the place and helped organize the days and even provided a map. Rooms are medium to large sized, sparsely furnished but have all the basic requirements like towels, clean sheets, a wardrobe, TV and a phone line. The beds are large, clean and comfortable. Toilets are clean but can do with a bit of maintenance. Breakfast was very good and a new ice cream they plan to launch promises to be quite interesting.
The room had a tiny balcony that you can use to dry clothes or smoke. Not a great view from any room as this is in a narrow street...
All in all, a homely, comfortable, friendly and cosy place. An excellent place for the price. I would stay there again for sure.
