Hotel has 3 nice pools, fare enough any from the action to get some sleep. Hotel staff very helpful and always have a smile for you.
Rooms clean and tidy with all you need, mini fridge with 2 bottles of free water a day.
Shower nice and large, beds are hard, but you can ask for a topper to take the edge off.
Beach and bangla road 5 mins walk for a slow walker.
Buffet breakfast very nice, but get there early to get best options

Spent a week at Duangjitt late October this year with my boyfriend. We were welcomed at 1:30am with smiling staff and a very quick and easy check in (with an upgrade!). Breakfast was included in the accommodation, it wasn't the best breakfast i had ever had but it was good and had alot of different options. The rooms were cleaned very well every day and the room was spotless when we came back from the day out. The pools were great, having three located around the hotel is great as they dont get as busy and you can relax. The staff at the pool bar were fun and very helpful. The gardens were nice and relaxing on a hot day. Hotel is so close to the beach and shopping too! Great location, great staff and overall great hotel! Will be back here again for sure!

We stayed in Duangjitt for 11 Nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The gardens are very well maintained and beautiful! My husband and I enjoyed the big swimming pool at the bar area very much and spend a lot of our time there as it is so relaxing with the lovely garden surrounding you, just a pity in closes 7 o'clock at night. You can order lunch from the pool and have it next to the pool without any effort. The spa was fantastic, I went for a Swedish massage at their spa and would definitely recommend that to anybody - you can also have a massage next to the pool as the hotel has a spa area looking out on the big pool. The breakfast buffet caters to anybody's needs but the breakfast area in the garden can be a little bit crowded sometimes, we mostly had our breakfast in the restaurant area which also offers you an outside area where you can enjoy the beautiful garden views. It is not very central yet we enjoyed the location as we didn't mind walking and exploring this fantastic area!

This hotel is well-sistuated at the southern end of Patong Beach but still within a 15 minute walk of Bangla Road. The room - deluxe garden wing - seemed to be overpriced and over rated. It was a reasonable size but the toilet and shower both opened into the room ie they were not in a separate room and the wash basin was actually in the room. This is fine for couples, but for 2 people sharing, there is not a lot of privacy. The room was quite a walk from the reception area and the front entrance as there was only one way in and out - a separate pedestrian exit closer to the beach would have been useful. The balcony was very small. However the airconditioning was excellent. My biggest complaint was that the breakfast was a fiasco. It was served in huge rotunda but no matter what time we arrived, the tables had not been cleared from the sittings of previous guests and everyone was walking around trying to find a clean table set with plates, cutlery etc. This happened every morning of our 5 night stay. There were not enough staff to clean up and those that were working were very slack and inefficient in their completion of the cleaning up tasks. The food selection was plentiful. The pools were beautiful and well-kept but the pool staff could have increased drink and food sales by walking around and asking guests if they wanted service. This is what usually happens at a pool with a bar. Overall I thought the hotel was very large and impersonal.

we stayed for 8 nights with our 5yr old son,in a deluxe pool view on the ground floor, the resort was great for familys who dont want be right amoungst the crazy patong streets, but only a couple of minutes walk to the shops and beach if needed. We found that the staff were really friendly(especially if you had kids) ,which made our stay so enjoyable, with tuk tuks right out side the resort ready for a day of exploring.Three very good pools to spend the day beside with nice friendly staff to help you with any thnig need eg a chair moved or bring youa cocktail etc. With lots of close resturants close by eg sabai sabai and sea hag were our favourites

Room tip: rooms a room i think any room at this resort would be ok,we were on the ground floor which was good with our son as it was easy to get to with a little fella

We stayed in Duangjitt for 5 nights with my 3 small children. For a reasonnable price, we had a large room, all the amenities we could expect, and a big breakfast buffet. Very nice swimming, excellent location outside of the hustle and bustle of Patong, yet close enough to go everywhere quickly.
