“Nice place”
Reviewed 3 September 2013

Stayed for 2 nights in August. Friendly staff. It is a basic room but was very clean and all was working just fine. It's not the fancy place with pool but a nice and clean place to stay for 2 or 3 nights. It is a great location for Nightlife and all you need. I will surely go there again next time I am in Patong.

Cost 500 baht for twin room with air con, very reasonably priced. This was during low season, unsure of prices during high. Great location, near night life but far enough away so that you're not disturbed by it when trying to sleep. The rooms were of decent size and had a TV and spacious bathroom. Were quite a lot of ants about but didn't bother me too much. The staff were very friendly and had a good sense of humour. Very impressed by this place, would definitely recommend staying here.

Oh my God! The worst place ever! What is wrong with the people who write good reviews about this place - have they traveled enywhere else in the world?! Stuff unfreandly and rude. In the room so many cockroaches I couldn sleep (one was on my bed during the night)! I would ask Lonely Planet not to write lies in their books and please erase this place out of the list... Thank you!

Room Tip: I cant give you any tip because I escaped from this place and also Phuket.

This little hotel was so nice! It's located a bit farther from the beach, but good because it was away from all the craziness that takes place at night. It was still only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are set back from the main road along a garden walkway. They were nice and clean and had a hot shower, AC and TV- with HBO! The staff was nice and helpful too. Overall, it was a great and peaceful hotel (with HBO!) and at a cheap price. We really enjoyed it and would go back any time!

Easily the worst place I stayed in Thailand.
Found in a Lonely Planet book, so figured it had to be fine.
The woman (I think owner) was the rudest, meanest person I encountered in the country. Surly as I paid her cash, argumentative when I questioned the contants of my minibar vs. the inventory sheet.
As for the room, it was functional, but about the quality and comfort of a US Days Inn, right before it is rebranded into an even lower level chain. Dingy, cheap old blankets, peeling paint, etc.
Location and quiet were good, but with the 1000 places to stay in Patong, I'm positive you can do better.

Rooms were dirty and full of ants. Sheets were not changed even if asked. Staff very unfriendly. Even with a cheap price I cannot recommend to stay in there.
