Book the hotel online and didn't expect it to be really good.

Yes, me & my friends, we had to move rooms but we are young and strong and they helped us. This is normal for small and high occupant hotels. Our room was super comfy & they clean it everyday. We had a small fridge, flat screen tv with usb plug, small balcony for smoking, good hot shower & comfy extra bed.

The location is slightly near the beach and shopping mall. If you are lazy, get the tuk tuk or the bike rider to take you for 20Baht each. There is a variety of restaurant surrounding the hotel, saloon, massage place & spa. They rent out Beach towel for 30Baht & if it rains they also borrow you umbrella!

Anyway, overall, we had a great experience staying here for the past week. It felt like home and best of all, we have always feel welcomed as we walk in and out of the hotel. Its almost sad to be leaving.

Two thumbs up! Good job!

After reading all the reviews before we made the booking I was skeptical, but skepticism was put to shame. The hotel is new and opened in November 2013. Good service from the receptionists and a nice hotel director made our stay pleasant. Large rooms with safe and air conditioning. The negative reviews are probably not considering that the hotel was newly opened and that it takes some time before it goes to. The lack of such an information folder in the room with information about the safe set with the new code, which when you call to get to the reception etc but it was just asking.

At the reception did you rent beach towel for THB 60 a day. Guests of the hotel receive a discount at the Italian restaurant next door, where also breakfast is served. It also hired bikes for a reasonable price (THB 200/day). There is no nonsense at the tenancy and you pay on departure - no stress. As a guest at the hotel, you do not have to submit your passport as a deposit.

The hotel is very centrally located, 4 min from Hard Rock Cafe, 6 min from Jungceylon Shopping Centre and 7 minutes from Bangla Road - all distances on foot. The hotel is set back from the main street, so there is no noise in the rooms.

A minus was the location of the air conditioning unit blowing cold air directly on the bed, unless you turned it off. A fan in the roof would have been great. The beds are a little bit hard, but some like them hard and some like them soft.

It lacked the trashcan in the room, but it was just using a plastic bag. Please note that it is the lock on the inside of the shower / wc, and you do not have a key to the front door. The door locked up once, but it was just using a flat metal object to open it.

This was real value for money! Per 600 THB per night in low season.

Room Tip: Order a room With Windows and ask for a room were you have the aircondition not blowing in the direc...

Nice clean rooms. Staff at reception bit rude, esp. in morning and dont understand english. Owner, Gabriele was very helpful.Will be good if they can provide tea/coffee in the room. Very close to all restaurants. Nice location. Will recommend to friends!!

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights .

- No water supply on weekdays until 9 am in this hotel . It is so frustrating and irritating in the morning time . We called to reception and complained to the receptionist . At first he told that water will come in 5 mints,After 10 mints we checked the taps ,Still no water !!!! . We again called the receptionist and he answered us <'no water until 9 am, No hotel around this hotel is not getting water >.
We told him that we are going for day tour and need water urgently and asked to arrange a bucket of water .<He simply replied He can't do any thing >
We bought mineral water bottles and use for the morning natural calls.No bath that day and we left to daytour at 7 :30 am.

-Locker was locked when we checked in into this hotel. We asked the receptionist to open it .he replied us he can't open it .only the manager has rights to open it and the manager is out of town and <replied simply they can't do any thing >



I NEVER PREFER THIS HOTEL TO STAY AGIN .POOR MANAGEMENT !!!!!!

ci dispiace che non si sia trovato bene nel nostro hotel, ma purtroppo qualsiasi albergo o guest house a Phuket si deve scontrare con il problema dell'acqua, se voleva poteva scegliere
un albergo a 5* dove sicuramente le avrebbero fatto pagare di più la camera ma le avrebbero assicurato, forse, l'acqua 24 su 24..........
Riguardo alla cassetta di sicurezza, abbiamo un solo responsabile che se ne occupa e che può aprirle, in caso clienti come lei non si ricordino il codice........ e se in quel momento non era in albergo me ne scuso, ma anche lui ha il diritto alla sua ora di pausa lavoro!!!!!!!
