Not sure exactly how to describe Oasis.
It is a little Oasis in the locality.
Actually a clothing shop, but the lovely Thai owner, Joy, also serves drinks. There is a nice cocktail list and always a cold beer available. In the evenings her Western husband is normally there and it attracts a few of the local Expat community.
For visitors it is a good place to drop in. Pick up a piece of clothing as a souvenir of your time in Phetchaburi and have a hot or cold drink. A great selection of Tea. Real Tea! which is often hard to find in Thailand.
The shop is small and can be hard to find without a map. But ask the locals they will point you in the right direction. The Phetchaburi river is nearby with a nice viewing area and the night market is also close if you need food.
While trip adviser has this labelled as a restaurant, it is not one really, just hard to classify as anything else on their list. Still if you have food the owner is happy to let you eat it there and sometimes organises Pizza nights or BBQ's.
Joy speaks very good english and can tell you about local attractions, although she is not a tourist guide by any means.
Summary good place to rest your weary feet, maybe meet an Expat, and have a quiet chat and refreshment.
