“Best Valueble place, most cleanliness, Friendly Staffs & Charming hotel”

We drove to check all hotels in Rawai beach and nearby, finally end up in this resort because I found that's new and not expensive, its half apartment and resort, so no doubt with the room facilities, great small kitchen, big fridge, wooden floor, in front of beautiful beach even this beach there is no many peoples swim but the view in front of the island was amazing the hotel also has offers free shuttle bus to Naiharn Beach and its only about 5 mins ride to Phromthep Cave to see the best sunset in Phuket as they have bicycle service only 100 baht/day as well. if you compare Naiharn & Rawai beaches Rawai will be more conveniences and there are many seafood and other restaurants, quality spa here. I can say It was the most cleanliness & convenience hotel I have stayed nearly by. I will recommend to anyone are coming to Phuket and wants something convenience and value of money you should stay here or in Rawai beach. if you can ride motorbike you will easily to connect to everywhere such as Phuket town, Kata, Karon, Nai Harn, Yanui beach as they are surround here.

Room Tip: Room on the 3rd & 4th floor will see beautiful beach, all rooms are quiet. I recommend top floor...

Loved staying here because it is away from the crazy touristy areas like Patong. The pool was wonderful. Breakfast at either of the places out front were good. The staff at the Title were superb. Handy shuttle to the beach.

The Title Resort is a beautiful village near the beach. It's quite central to most towns. Even though it's a bit far to get to places, the hotel has a pick-up service. The staff (at the hotel and pick-up service) were absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful and very patient. I traveled with my mother and grandmother. The guys who picked us up and drive us around were very patient with my gran (Opening up doors, helping her into the vans etc). We had an issue with the plumbing in our room and it was immediately sorted out. The room is very cosy. It's location is very quiet compared to Patong. Not too busy. Very little traffic. The swimming pool is clean. The sauna was broken and within an hour, it was fixed.
The restaurants just outside the hotel are fantastic. Good food and also good staff.
The hotel itself it very secure. There is security 24/7.
It felt like a home away from home!

I thought I would stay here for 2 nights... it was ok... new and clean...but...very noisy and very busy and they said the beach... NO... I know this area well and it either high tide or low tide...at low tide its a mud flat... no swimming here. They say a shuttle to Nai Harn...why not stay in Naiharn?

Good Hotel, good size room, clean and Well located.good pool. But don t choose this hotel for the beach. Good value for money. Little advice:avoid the Phuket zoo,it is just a joke! And expensive. But the week end night market in Phuket Town is a "must do".

Built in 2013, comfortable bed, great air conditioning, decent bathroom, good fridge and small kitchen. Mixed development with many condos sold and probably rented when owners not present. Other guests in order are Russians, some Thais, Australlians and just about every country in Europe. Good security, friendly front of house staff and 2 pools that are pretty quiet (we liked that as Rawai beach, just across road, is not usable I guess due to sewerage discharge). Hotel does offer shuttle transport to a good beach. Breakfast is available from 2 cafe/restaurants at main gate (tickets available at reception if you negotiate with your purchase) and OK but wouldn't get excited. The peacefulness of the area without all the hassles of main tourist areas in Thailand (sex and tout free) is the big benefit. (Area Selected by friends who live on island). The other for foodies like us is the "real" non-westernised food that is available with a bit of effort and walk of the beach front. Fuller reviews for each place elsewhere on Trip Advisor but should mention a couple of Thai restaurants that couldn't give you names, Moo, Rawai Pier, Nikita, Mando and a great French pattiserie/ chocolaterie (turn right out gate and about 200 metres) with a superb kidneys in Dijon mustard if you want a meal. The only negative was bed sheets weren't changed in 9 days we stayed before heading to Bangkok for another 9 days. We liked it and would recommend to friends.

The rooms are very clean and modern (everything was new). TV and air con both in the bedroom and the living room. The staff was very friendly. Rawaii is a very relaxed Thai village away from the hustle and bustle of the larger resorts. We really enjoyed our stay there and we recommend it wholeheartedly. Next to the pier you can buy amazing seafood.
