We travelled in November & were kindly collected from the airport by Nai Yang staff. Really close to the airport so really convenient if you've just arrived or have an early flight.
Nai Yang was very quiet at this time with not much going on. The beach was lovely & peaceful, nobody around trying to sell things & it's my second favourite beach after Kata. There was a lovely small 'food area' just before the beach selling local foods.
Nai Yang beach resort isn't very close to the beach if you are walking. The route isn't very clear either. Us two girls didn't feel safe walking back too late because of the route. Although the walk was interesting & a member of staff from the resort gave us a lift back on his scooter one evening. Restaurants & nightlife were okay, gorgeous candle lit tables towards the north of the beach. Food was AMAZING! I think it was just mainly the fact it wasn't high season that there wasn't too much going on but it definitely had the potential to get busy, in fact, we stayed at the resort the night before we flew home & the beach had a completely different atmosphere; huts, humans & lilos everywhere!!
The room was nice, modern. The bathroom was efficient. Clean & spacious. Staff seemed nice enough. Internet access also.
You'll be woken up nice n early by the cockerel!!!
