Outside it is a sports bar and lounge. But inside there is an airconditioned Indian restaurant by the name of Deepavali. It serves the best Indian food on the island in a most pleasant modern atmosphere without the overbearing smell of cooking or the usual trashy decorative paraphernalia associated with cheaper Indian restaurants. The staff consists entirely of Thai ladies, all of whom have lovely smiles except one!
You can also sit outside on the open air lounge and order drinks and Indian food. The chef Raj is impeccably clean and is glad to personally recieve yor orders to make sure how you like your food cooked.
Their chicken tikka (dry chunks of chicken cooked in a tandoor with no gravy) and the naan are outstanding. Samosas are good but very filling. Aloo gobhi, paneer matar, jira allloo and saag are all very good. The prices are quite reasonable.
Sometimes the TV sound is too loud when people are watching a game. When that happens, take a table inside where there is no sound.
Easily accessible and plenty of parking. Look for the Wine Connection sign which is at the front corner of this courtyard type place with a lot of young trees indicating the relative recent origin of this plaza.
