The hotel has opened only some months ago. It is not the cheapest pick in Udonthani, but the location, size of the rooms, service and breakfast did definitely meet my expectations. I had some issues wrt my bathroom (water not running away sufficient in the shower cabin and the shower could not be stored properly), but those are things that can be improved. There was no hot water at the sink, that disturbed me when I wanted to wash my hands or when I wanted to shave. That is a missed opportunity as a result of choices made for distribution of hot water which is not so easy to change/improve. However, location is good, with some nice bars and clubs and Central Plaza (an enormous shopping mall and foodcourt) within walking distance. My transfer from the hotel to the airport was free of charge, I assume that they will also bring you to the busstation if you will travel by bus. Not sure if transportation from the airport to the hotel is also free of charge (it probably is) because I did not use it.There are some cheaper choices to choose from in the same street. So if you are on a budget, I advise you to have a look there, but if they will not beat the rooms of the Pannarai.

i On my way to Lao, I decide to stop over at Udon Thani for a few days to visit a friend. This time I try a new hotel on sampantamit road(center of udon thani—it’s close to night life, shopping mall, market…). I stay at The Pannarai Hotel. I’ve been told that the hotel just open. although everything is not 100% ready, I enjoy my staying there. The staffs are nice and friendly. The room is perfect and clean and the bed is comfortable. The only thing I would complain is there’s a lot of mosquitoes around the swimming pool area at night.
I think this hotel’s worth your money especially if you compare to other hotels in that area. And I definitely will come back to stay here.
