We had a fantastic time at this hotel. There was nothing I could complain about, the food was excellent, the staff really friendly and the hotel was spotless. We will definately go back there next year.
Only small let down was that the beach bar wasn't included in the all inclusive. But that was a minor problem.
Cant wait to go back!
This Hotel is great in every way, just what I expected from a Riu Palace. However, outside the Hotel was not brilliant. The beach was not very clean when we were there, with several stagnant pools of water. The Hotel is also a little remote if you want to explore the area. That said, we really enjoyed our holiday because we wanted a week of pure relaxation and the Hotel is perfect for that. We did do a buggy ride around the local area, which was good fun. I would definitely recommend this hotel for r & r.
We went to Djerba after a long trip in order to rest 6 days before come back home.
The hotel best is the photographer who took the pictures for the web site.
Actually it is not a 5 star, the decoration and furniture, the dinner room, etc are less than regular
Worst is the mini club! Example: The first day my children were ¡1 hour! looking at the animator playing ping pong with another animator, after that the mini club was closed, but the animator told our children that in the next day they would play football on the beach. In the next day the animator never appear . In the next day the animator said that finally this evenig they would play football at 3 pm, at 3 pm he said that he had to play beach volley, so the football would be at 4 pm, at 4 pm my children asked him about football and he said -"wait here I am going to look for the ball and I,ll come back in 5 minutes", Of course he never came. And there were not any other activities, the toys in the mini club place were dirty and broken
