“if you want totally english then go to blackpool otherwise its great”
Reviewed 5 June 2012

ive read a few reports off people who were there the same time as me and my girlfriend ,,,we just got back 3rd june after 2 weeks stay ,,first ,,the bar you can get as many drinks at one time and pints if you take a pint glass ,,,cocktails,, shorts and REAL schweppes and diet cokes ,fanta etc and up to 12 midnight ......ANIMATION any amount of activities and take part then youll realise they do speak english cant fault their commitment to keep you occupied if you want to ... FOOD like i said its not all english but theres still a good choice for example breakfast for me was orange, toast omelettes fried tomatoes ...the snacks were ample through the day burgers chips sausages pancakes..... ROOMS the norm but spotless ..SUNBEDS,we had no problem until the last two days when the hotel was getting very busy ,,so get up early for the pool or you booked a beach hotel so use it as there are plenty beds there free too..... they all work for thirty pound a week and work hard to please you so go and make their day cheers and enjoy if you WANT TO XX

Room Tip: get your pint glass at the panorame pub over the road but dont tell the manager

The infrastructure was great and at first sight, the hotel seemed to be very nice!
However, it is not a relaxing hotel, the music is very loud and we were woken during every night by the bass of the disco. The ground was vibrating!! Music around the pool was always loud and if you were lucky to even find a space around the pool, the speakers put an end to any relaxation. Whilst reserving sunbeds is theoretically not allowed, before anyone has had breakfast all the sunbeds are already reserved!
It is an all inclusive formula but the orange juice and coke was fake, and the only quality soda was coke light which was often out of stock or had to be fetched in faraway parts of the hotel.
If you want to have sparkling water, you have to give tips to the waiters! They have no bread left at noon and they reheated old baguette after we complained! Food quality was poor with repetition of low quality or cheap products, basically the all inclusive formula is not worth it and we rather pay for quality food and drink.
The positive aspect was the room and the cleaning service, very good!
I would never come back in this hotel, very poor!

Me and my boyfriend went here in october 2011

Good Points,

The hotel itself was brilliant, staff were really nice, couldnt do enough for you, really pleasant and up for a laugh when they were trying to do an british accent.

The maids were also really up to scratch, everyday when we got back to our room it was spotless and the lady who was cleaning our room was really frendly and really made an effort to talk with us.

Poolside was lovely, loads and loads of sunbeds free (this was october) didnt have any problems with this, the animation team were a little annoying as they were coming round shouting every hour but this is to be expected. we really liked the poolside bar and mainly spent our time in that bar.

Negative Points,

The food really was terrible, we both were really ill the last few days of our holiday and for 2 weeks when we returned. we visited the doctor and were told we had food poisioning.
my advice would be to stick to bread, salad and things that you really are sure about eating.
we did try some of the tunisian dishes on offer and this was the night we were really poorly.
it also seemed there wernt enough waiters for the amount of tables, we were waiting till we had nearly finished our meal for a drink.
there was 1 night 1 of the chefs made us our own pizza and it was delicious and probably the most we ate all week.
at lunch time in the poolside bar they serve chicken and chips, this is ok if your one of the first there while its fresh and before the swarm of flies ( which i know they cant help, its just a bit offputting)

As for the rudeness of the Germans and French, ive never seen anything like it before in my life!! they literally barge you out of the way, shout and bellow to the waiters whilst your all eating and also do not know the meaning of the word "que", i lost count of the amount of times people were arguing with them because of them pushing in. By the end of the holiday i was reading to throttle some of them.
However we did meet alot of really nice people that were there the same time as us.

we visited the spa one day which was nice. although you really do have to be firm when the owner is trying to sell you everything available :)

All in all, aside from feeling so ill and the rude people, we did enjoy ourselves, the staff really were nice as was the cleanliness and the poolside.

would we visit again?? Yes, if the food was greatly improved. Being an all inclusive i really would of expected better.

Just back 2 days ago from a 7 day holiday at the Vincci Nozha Beach Resort....... The hotel is BEAUTIFUL!!!! It is also Very clean.... i didnt see one speck of dust the whole time i was there. Its a Modern hotel with a beautiful Big pool and right on the beach front. I can honestly say, i couldnt say anything negative about the Hotel. All the bar staff were friendly (except one who worked on the bar during the day).

NEGATIVES: What i will say though is that this hotel isnt really a British based hotel.... the only English spoken people was our Thomas Cook Rep, the 2 Thomas Cook Kids club reps and about 4 other couples/families that were on holiday. This hotel is FULL of French people.... and the staff all either speak Arabic or French- with very little English!! The animation tried theyr best but with them speaking extremely little english there was always a language barrier which meant we didnt want to get involved in the activities as we couldnt understand what the were doing! So this hotel could do with maybe having some of theyr staff do english lessons or even hire a few english spoken staff to make this hotel better for us Brits as we felt like our experience would have been much better had we been able to communicate with them. And our other NEGATIVE experience was theyr food....... they had almost every night BEEF STEW, potatoes and veg...... EVERY MORNING WAS EGGS, EGGS OR EGGS!? And there wasnt ANYTHING FOR KIDS..... as what they did make was Dry pasta (boiled pasta with NO SAUCE), Dry Burger (which u could have smashed a window with) and chips. which i would never have gave my 3 year old daughter, so she lived on eggs (in the morning), bread and crisps ALL WEEK which is BAD!!!!!!

If this hotel had some English spoken staff and some better choice of food i would honestly recommend this hotel as i couldnt fault the actual hotel on its own.

I would definitively recommend that luxurious hotel to anyone looking for peace, sun and relax! We stayed at Vincci Nozha Beach Resort for 7 days. It was one of the best hotels I have stayed in Tunisia. Rooms spacious and clean. Staff in all areas never stopped working, they were pleasant and friendly. We stayed all inclusive food fine plenty to drink. The food in the restaurant was buffet style and there was loads of choice, even for fussy eaters. The breakfasts were particularly impressive. Full english or continental, yogurt, crepes, croissants, cakes, different types of breads. The hot plates were replenished regularly and the plates were cleared away quickly once you were finished. Plus the pool snack bar amazing the choices unbelievable best I have come across. I would highly recommend this hotel if you have young children.

The staff here were brilliant, they couldn't do enough for you, the reps were so friendly and always had a smile on their faces. You can tell this hotel only employs the best people. The animation team were fab, the entertainment was great, they had a kids entertainment section on each night.

I regret only one thing that I didn't book my holiday for 2 weeks - next time ;)

Just arrived back from a 7night family holiday. We were not dissapointed at all, especially after reading some of these reviews before going!.Rooms were great (interconnecting family rooms)facing east but with a view of the sea.All the facilties were very clean and tidy.Dining area was immaculate, great choice for breakfast, lunch and evening meals (though not for fussy 9yr old) ha ha,nobody had any tummy upsets, which i was concerned about. All staff very eager to help and very polite, kids club was a godsend towards the end of the week, very safe.We did manage to do the paragliding which was fabulous and took a day trip to Hammamet, the old Medina, jumped in a taxi which took 10mins if that and cost 5dina!!! Paragliding was 30 dina each.Evening entertainment was on but we like the quieter life. All in all i would definately go back, even the fussy 9yr old is looking for deals back to this hotel.
My advice is to read lots of reviews but remember everyone has different standards and requirements and we do not have low standards by any means.Happy holidaying!!

Room Tip: rooms facing east or west will be quieter, loud music played at various times of the day by the enter...

I arrived at this hotel the end of April for 10 days with my boyfriend. We had an amazing time and couldnt fault the hotel.

The food was really good with a lot of variety. We ate something different every night. The waiters are really friendly and helpful and we didn't tip to the very last day. You won't be going hungry! The animation team were really good and also friendly, they don't hassle you if you don't want to join in the activities as some have previously stated and there happy to go out there way to chat and have a friendly conversation. Our room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the pool and the beach. At the pool there were plenty of sun loungers and a pool bar with snacks. Would definatley recommend this hotel.

If you want to go outside the hotel for food then go to the Pamarama which is across the road from the hotel. Food is gorgeous and very cheap and it has large HD tv to watch the footie!!!
