We ate here a couple of weeks ago after wondering around trying to find somewhere nice to eat. The restaurant is up some stairs as you go inside the old medina walls, just look up!
We were the only one's in there and all the other restaurants looked empty as well, probably due to the current Libya problems which is sad.
We were given a friendly greeting by the manager and waiter and candles were light and we were offered a list of drinks.
There was a good selection of starters, mains and deserts, all at very good prices.
We had Brick to start which was lovely, and I had a chicken cous cous meal, which was massive, the cous cous was so tasty and there was a large amount of good chicken breast and vegetables with it, and only 9 dinar.
My husband had a steak which was well done and we were also given bread, olives with some dips to share, that was around 15 dinar.
We couldn't eat a desert as we were too full!
The view across the Medina and sea is lovely and the restaurant it's self is pretty and romantic.
We will definitely eat there again.
