“Very special. ”
Reviewed 4 June 2014 via mobile

Visited with my fiancée on our last evening of our holiday. We were all inclusive but after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures on trip advisor, we had to visit.
The restaurant was easy to find, located on at the top of the medina wall. We walked up the stairs and second stairs to the tables and bar etc... It was around 18:30 and we were the first people there (hadn't booked a table) the sun sets around 19:30 so this was ideal. We was given the menus and a wine menu (good selection)... Ordered a bottle of rosé, which was presented to us to try before we drank, it was placed in a ice bucket to keep cool.
We then picked our starters and mains... All lovely fresh seafood. The menu offers a good variety of both seafood and steak/lamb etc.
staff are friendly and helpful and the appetisers/bread rolls and mint tea are a beautiful touch.
The perfect end to a lovely holiday. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits tunisia.

“Great location for a special meal”
Reviewed 1 June 2014

Visited with our 2 children. Did not reserve a table but were lucky to get one as most were reserved and it is a small restaurant. Menu is French in style and mostly seafood. We had different variations of seafood/ pasta and it was well cooked and delicious. They were happy to do a child's portion of grilled fish. Gave us complimentary hors d'oeuvres and bread. Beautifully presented puddings. Good choice of wine. Only Celtia beer. In summary, this is a fairly formal restaurant where you can eat expensively (many other guests were eating huge lobsters!). It has a great view especially at sunset.

“Fabulous evening”
Reviewed 27 May 2014

Excellent spot with lovely view. We didn't need a reservation but got a great table. Decent wine list. Fab wine bar for afterwards! Our only 'criticism' if you can even call it that was the portion sizes - absolutely huge to an almost ridiculous degree!

“The wine bar is excellent”
Reviewed 24 May 2014

The Restaurant is located on the top of the Medina wall. As the Restaurant is almost entirely surrounded by glass walls and if you choose the right time, you will experience diner in a romantic sunset. We did not find the quality of the food that outstanding compared with other restaurants we visited during our stay in Hammamet.
Although, the Wine Bar on the first floor is a real winner. With a very good selection of Tunisian Wines and a very friendly staff, we went there several times just to enjoy wine and very nice atmosphere.

“2 fantastic nights!”
Reviewed 18 May 2014 via mobile

A beautiful upmarket restaurant in Hammamet. We ate here twice during our 2 week holiday. It is a little more expensive than the regular Tunisian restaurants but still reasonable in comparison with prices at home.

Both nights I had grilled prawns and they were gorgeous. My other half had an amazing rib eye steak. There is a very extensive wine list but we chose a Tunisian one we knew we liked.

The chocolate fondant is gorgeous also. The Tunisian pastries are also a lovely dessert.
