“Very nice hotel”
Reviewed 9 August 2014

I was here last year and it was a perfect holiday. We had our room cleaned everyday and the staff was OK. The food was various so you could choose whatever you wanted. The location is very good, near the seaside, but the streets are not very clean. We had an all-inclusive pack and we could eat or drink whatever and whenever we wanted without problem( in Turkey the all-inclusive pack was not like that becouse they were giving us ,,black looks" ) All in all, i recomand this hotel.

I went to this hotel with my boyfriend. We had a very nice room on the 5th floor with two balconies. The room was clean, reception staff was OK although they did not smile a lot. Restaurant and animation staff were very nice. The beach is right across the street, so it was pleasant. Would recommend this place, it's money worth.

Travelled to this hotel on 23rd May 2014 with my husband, 14 year old son and his 15 year old friend. Unless this is classed out of season there were very few people in the resort and didn't come across many British at all. In fact we were the only British family in the hotel. The food was disgusting so we had to eat out most nights. The entertainment staff were too much and only spoke Russian, Polish and French. They were shocked when you told them you were British and then just walked away as they couldn't communicate apart from coming out with things like 'Rooney' or 'lovely jubbly' (how patronising). The drinks at the bar were dreadful and were served in plastic cups which were smelly. Half of the hotel had been closed due to the lack of people. The boys were given the same coloured wrist bands as the adults and were being served alcohol and also being asked to get the staff drinks. The carpets in the corridors were dirty and your feet stuck to them. The towels had also seen better days. The entertainment at night took place in what to us looked like an old community hall. We paid £2200 for this holiday and then spent £500 on food and drinks as the hotel was so poor. Avoid at all cost.

You will not like this hotel at all. I was shocked that they are saying this is 5 star. More like 2 star hotel. You will find some really nice hotels in Tunisia so choose something else.

Superb hotel with cave like areas.
Pool was freezing and un-usable during xmas & new year but indoor pool more than made up for that.
8 course gala New Year's Eve dinner was nice.
All inclusive drinks were decent. Just be friendly and polite and you'll get great service.
Hotel in nice area. Beach area nice. Staff lovely.
Theme park was good, Hammamet was interesting. Food was decent for a week, may get boring if there for 2 weeks.
Would definitely stay here again.

we were there in October, at a time when still most tourists were told to go to Tunisia rather than Egypt, so thousands of Russian were there. Service personal very friendly, the Hotel is a big and impressive complex. But no sign or Explanation, where is what. I have been living in Tunisia some years ago, so I also speak some Arabic. Which was useful, so I could ask. But even then it took me 4 days to find out where the second pool and the slides was.
The Food in the Restaurant was neither African nor European, maybe it was up to Russian likes. Broth and soup in the morning, a lot of stews.
The rooms were nice and clean, the Hotel is well located.
The beach was a catastrophe - the sea was full with Alge, really black. You could not see anything, which was quite dangerous, because there were lots of metal tins and plastic bottles in it.
Sometimes the one Person in Charge on the beach would sweep together all the litter and then he left the heaps. So wind and Tide took most of it apart and into the sea. The "beach bar" was a broken place with some sweet Drinks. There were 3 toilets and one shower. All extremely dirty and broken. The shower was a dirty hole, but anyway I wanted to shower, because my Bikini was full of Alge. The door was broken and of course a Russian walked in, and I had to tell him to leave.
The Russian guests are grabbing 12 plates of Food at the buffet, 7 pieces of Donuts and then trying one bite, spitting it back on the plate and leaving 11 pates full back. This was so terrible for me, especially since I know that it is very difficult for the Hotels to keep a certain Standard and to offer so low Prices that tourists come back. This waste was horrible

Room Tip: rooms on the 3rd floor have share of a huge terrace
