“Great hotel for a peacefull time”
Reviewed 30 May 2013

Arrived at the Aziza hotel late at night, but we were met with a great welcome. Such a relaxing time by the pool or the beach. Day time entertainment was provided by three great lads, Alex who loved his job. Saif, who made everyone his friend, and Gassi, with his local knowledge, gave his guided walks a delight. Evening time was made up of a variety of shows all of which were great to watch. Try out the Humbly bubbly, it made our time the a time to remember.

this is an ideal holiday destination for a couple looking to relax and unwind, adult only hotel/areas which was so refreshing not to put up with screaming kids! the hotel was fantastic, very stylish and clean, the room was huge with very plush decor and had a perfect sea view. the pool was surrounded by beautiful flowers and gardens and the beach had white sand and clear blue sea. the food was excellent, lots of variety of fish meat salads all fresh and truly delicious!the only bad thing about the food is i have put on half a stone is was that good!!we recommend going to the Bella marina restaurant for a change of scenery. the spa has excellent value for money packages which really help you to unwind, I did the "anti stress" package worked wonders as i was floating around after! the air con in the rooms are not very good and the wifi is VERY slow but apart from that 10 out of 10 for this holiday and would recommend this experience to anyone looking for pure relaxation

I’ve been to the AZIZA in the last 6 years. Everything was okay and a good value for the money. Except the wifi access.
The rooms are clean and new renovated and the food was good. We were there to play golf at the Citrus-Golfresort.
There is a free shuttle bus to bring you to the golf resort - always in time.
I can’t report anything bad except there is no wifi-access in the rooms and most of the time no wifi-access in the lobby also.
The employee’s told me stories about why there is no access but they told me the same stories for years. It was not a problem of my devices since many of other guests came to the reception and ask for access.
In this days it is not state of the art to have no internet access in a hotel room.
If they will fix this wifi problem, I’ll give 5 points.

we arrive back to work and snow after a two week all inclusive break. first time in tunisia. Where to start, hotel spotless, rooms with free safety deposit boxes and air conditioning. cleaned every day with clean linen and towels, and toiletries if required, it was a pleasure to go back to your room knowing you never had to ask for anything twice or even once for that fresh water and soda in you mini fridge and onto the general things, The weather was warm to hot but hit and miss if the wind came up expected for this time of year, so the indoor pool was great the gym looked well equipped although being built for comfort not speed i looked and said a polite no thank you to the excercise bikes and other exhuasting stuff available. outside the hotel was pleasant to walk mainly flat but not alot to do in this area out of season but probably has more later on in the year. so if you want a nice relaxing chill it is 100% the place to go. Phones and wi fi can be a bit hit and miss but persevere or do what i did and turn it off and put it in the safe. the reception staff and porters were helpful friendly and efficient, the pool staff and animation team were attentive and fun, the restaurant staff including waiters chefs and managers were amazing, a special thanks to Mr Bond in the barbeque / pool resaurant a tall richard pryer look alike with a sense of humour to go with it . The bar staff were superb although one or two people said they had to wait to be served, maybe this was because a) the boys were busy, b) they also had to clean the areas to a top standard as well as serve drinks and numerous coffees, or c) they were that tight they wouldnt dip into their very deep pockets for a dinar (the equivalent of 35P ) as a tip for excellent service. well each to their own but the hotel industry tops up low wages for long hours with tips however small were received graciously. To our number one barman in the PUB BAR safquane thank you for making our holiday a pleasant experience. Safquane was friendly fun polite and very professional in his work whilst still maintaining a sense of humour thank you all once again.
we hope to return later in the year but if not we hope to see you all next season.

We went last may for a break! Great hotel very clean and lots to do in the daytime. The food was lovely and good choice, although the Tunisian restaurant was not very nice. The animation staff were fabulous and so friendly. The selection of activities were great we had a lovely time. However not a lot to do at night !!! Take some games !!!! If you want a chilled week in the sun ....go here you will not be disappointed.

Very Nice Hotel with very friendly staff.
The rooms were clean and spacious. Pool sunbeds etc. great.
We opted for all Inc. and glad we did as there was nowhere in walking distance to eat.
Food on the whole was good but very repetitive.
Mattress on bed was VERY hard.

Make sure you know the taxi fare and get a quote from driver before setting off as we were charged double on 1 journey despite a meter in cab. return journey was half the price!
Also ripped off at Tunis airport bank on return. Only cash up Dinars daily as you need them.

Room Tip: Worth paying little more for sea view room.

We wee moved to this hotel as we stepped off the plane in Tunisia. The hotel is part of the Sentido group so be wary when booking with them through Thomas Cook there were over a dozen couples and counting that were moved. Thomas Cook blamed Sentido, who knows?

The hotel was fine and the services on the whole were good. It is a couples hotel and the relative peace around the pool and dining rooms was welcome. Nice setting, very clean and attentive staff.

Just to confirm, yes the pillows were hard, the food was a bit same same in the dining room too. the al a carte restaurant was better but could be improved dramatically with little effort. Service was great food so so (catering qualified, sorry). The "Animation" (entertainment team were great and had a lot of people jining in. In the evenings the entertainment was a little more subduded when it was on. You could go next door butyou would not benefit from you all inclusive drinks as it was a seperate hotel. My main gripe was the fact that there was no information pack in the room. When I asked at reception, I was told to go and ask for any information at reception! The idea of an information pack is to show you all of the options rather than have to guess at what to ask for?

There are Spa facilities which as facilities they are great, some really good treatments. Unfortunately the staff leave a lot to be desired with little English, no smiles and generally point and grunt attitude.

Room Tip: There are sea views available away from a minor road leading to the hotel.
