We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday at this hotel. It was our first time in Tunisia & we did a lot of searching online before deciding on this hotel. We weren't expecting anything fantastic considering the price we paid but we were very pleasantly surprised! A beautiful hotel set in very pretty gardens and a brilliant range of facilities. Everything was very well maintained & clean. Our room was a good size and cleaned daily by the friendly maids. The food was lovely, a very wide choice including Tunisian dishes, freshly cooked omelettes, pancakes, pizza and various other dishes. Plenty of fresh salad, fruit and ice cream! We have been all inclusive before and usually the drinks are the main let down, however this was NOT the case here. Bottled water was available and there were a range of bars available to get drinks from. The 4 pools were very nice, including the heated indoor pool. The beach is just down the steps from the hotel and there were always sunbeds available, it was kept very clean bythe very hard working staff. All of the staff were very hard working and friendly and our waiter was lovely! But by far the best thing about the hotel is the animation team, especially CHRIS, RAMZ, BRITT and MOMO! They offer a fantastic range of daytime and evening activities including sailing, archery, boules, yoga, dancing and evening shows. My 22 month old was initially scared of them but they took their time to win her around and by the 2nd week she was loving them and joining in with the children's mini disco. They work very hard and long hours (including practicing evening shows during their lunch breaks) but are always happy, friendly and smiling. They speak a wide variety of languages ensuring everyone is included and able to join in, however they do not pester you if you don't want to join in with the range of activities. It was nice to be able to have a chat with them and find out more about Tunisia and things to do whilst we were there, we found them much more helpful than the Thomas Cook rep and they even helped us to organise a taxi to take us to Fruigia park, wait there for us and bring us back (which worked out much cheaper than booking the excursion with Thomas Cook). We had a brilliant holiday and hope to return to this hotel after the arrival of our 2nd child
