This supposed to be a 4 star hotel, but 2 star would be a better rating. See below for my reasons:
- Telephone never worked despite lazy efforts to fix.
- television command requires a deposit and trip down to the desk
- television had no video, only sound, after 2 days.
- dim light in bathroom makes it hard to see and especially shave
- amateur entertainment except for Tunisian night
- despite promise for laundry service, it was not done because the iron did not work that day!!!!!!!
- Impossible to take shower without water spilling over bathroom floor
- gray whitish towels.
- indifferent hotel and restaurant staff.

Room Tip: Go to another hotel.

`m a single traveler and that was my first visit to Tunisia. The hotel is simple- green like everything here, little dirty, sometimes rubbish bins stays full long time and when it`s windy all those empty bottles are everywhere. Room is spacious, but the furniture doesn't look like new. Room supposed to be cleaned everyday. but that didn't happen, I`ve noticed wet cleaning just once. Towels are old. In the restaurant was hard to find a clean table, all the time I had to wait for the waiter to change the tablecloth. Low variety of food. Animation is annoying during the day and boring and vulgar in the night. So considering all above- mentioned facts I would rate this hotel as a 3*.

hotel rather old, rooms were cleaned daily except under the beds.Restaurant: buffet and it's all about quantity. Oranje juice is chemical and the pastries are not fresh (industrial ones). They always have many cakes and not many fruits.Firstly this is not a 4* hotel. It has the potential to be, and am sure it once was, but not anymore, not by russian standards anyway. entertaiment, accept mini disco nothing interesting
