i visited here last year and i will be returning again this coming August, the hotel is very clean and tidy and the facilities around the hotel are excellent, the hotel is around a 80m walk onto the beach which is covered in golden fine sand and also gives a beauftiful view of the turqoise Mediterranean Sea coastline, i absolutley loved every minute of the holiday from the moment we arrived to the very last day and would reccomend it to anyone. Tunisia as a whole was a beautiful countrty, if you are looking for something to do there i would reccomened the horse riding and camel riding trip, which can be booked within the hotel and also the quad biking trip which was equally as good. The tunisian people work very hard to please the tourists so dont avoid them, if you can spare a few dinar (tunisian money) then please do as you will see for yourself that the people on the beach are poor and just trying to make a living, when we went last year there was a little old lady selling shell necklaces of which she made by hand, she was sat on the beach, we provided her with a bottle of water and bought one of her necklaces, so if you want to make a difference to someones life she would really apprecieate it, the tunisian children also go around the beach selling bracelets if you dont want to buy off them just tell them politely but dont be rude as they are just trying to make a living and helping provide for there families, these people live further down the beach in little huts mad eout of straw and wood, so you may walk down the beach and see for yourself how they live. when i was there we bought two of the tunisian little boys ice lollies and they was so apprecietive. more over- Loved every minute of it! The hotel was clean and tidy and the room was spacious. The pool area is large and there is plenty of room for everyone, never had a problem finding a sunbed. The hotel backs onto the beach which is really nice and has lots of activities such as parachuting and jet skiis The food was amazing and there was something for everyone. The animation team were brilliant, always friendly and trying to get people to join in with the games. It was an all round great holiday and i would definitely recommend this hotel

I came back from the Eden Star on the 6th of June and despite some of the reviews I had a lovely time. Its my second time here and I couldnt recommend enough this place.
The staff are all very warm and friendly and even if they dont speak a good English, it s good enough to communicate. The food is acceptable ...and they do make an effort to please everyone.
One of the evenings you will get a formal invitation to their a la carte restaurant which is a very nice touch.
Definitely a very good value for money!!

Stayed July last year for a week with my girlfriend. absolutely loved this resort.

Room was nice, food was excellent, drinks were excellent, beach was excellent and entertainment was good.

Only bad thing I have to say is that some of the bar staff were not very friendly. I remember one of them wanted me to change his tips up into Euro for him, when I said I didn't have Euro he got the hump, muttered something and stormed off! Others were only interested in serving women while some just weren't happy to be serving anyone at all.

We booked it quite cheap so did not have the highest expectations.

Our flight was delayed by nearly 4 hours so when we arrived at the resort it was the very early hours of the morning, nonetheless, the entertainment team were there to great us whilst we were checking in and gave out some cold bottles of water which was nice.

We set an alarm to get up nice and early for our first day and the same people who had only greeted us a few hours before were already out and looking after guests!

We booked jet skiing and quad biking through the vendors in the hotel ad can say they gave us good prices and we enjoyed both of the activities.

Without a doubt the jewel in Eden Star's crown is Adil, the man who runs the shisha lounge area. Although his English is not great he always managed to make everyone laugh and always took the time to have a chat. We had a shisha every night and he always bought us mint teas and coffees.

Thanks for an amazing holiday!!

Visited the Eden Star in September 2013 in a party of 4.
Loved every minute of it!

The food was nice, depending on how fussy you are. I would say that if you like to stick to the more "english" food, this probably isnt the place for you.
The animation team were brilliant, always friendly and trying to get people to join in with the games.

It was an all round great holiday and i would definitely recommend this hotel.

Whole resort smelled like urine. No fridge in room to keep bottle water cool during night. Cooked food was terrible so gave in and ate some fruit to find myself stuck in the wee-scented room for 48 hours with sickness and diarrhea due to it having been washed with tap water. Shop in the resort had some lovely souvenirs but no convenience stores on resort or nearby. Beach was nice!
