It was basic, but clean. The hotel and staff is nice, sometimes a bit too friendly and annoying when you want to relax by the pool and they want to hang out with you. The food and restaurant is however terrible, i didn't really like anything (i am very picky though). The beach is a bit far, but it's great, and you have umbrellas and chairs for free. Also the sea was warm and clean. I liked it a lot.

Be careful when going to the city and markets - locals appear to be frendly but really they just want to rip you off. All prices are way too high and many tourist just don't have all day to negotiate with them as they expect.

We also had a horrible experience at the airport when we were going back with airline nouvelair - we weren't careful at check-in and when our bags were taken we were told that we have to pay extra 200eur because our bags were too heavy (32kg+). This ofcourse was not true (we also weighed them after landing in our country and we barely had 15kg per bag). When we complained the lowered the price to "just" 150eur - i was shocked. We refused to pay but then they told us that we can't go on the plane unless we pay. We argued for almost 2 hours, and then agreed to pay becouse otherwise we couldn't go home. They didn't want to give us a reciept, and when we demanded one it took another half an hour to get it - finally we got a reciept with no signature or stamp. Because of this experience i decided that i'm never gooing back to this country. They want to rip you off at every corner (even airport!).

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel for a one week holiday from Aug 17th - Aug 24th and we liked this hotel very much! When we first arrived, there were coctails waiting for us at the reception, then we went to our room. We had a very spacious room, which had everything we needed (big bathroom, air condition, tv, fridge, balcony...). Rooms were cleaned daily and we also got fresh towels every day. Our room had a nice view on a pool. The pool is big and clean and is open for swimming 24 hours a day. The food is very tasty, esspecially dinners, every night something else, especially the cakes mmmm :) Breafkast is so-so, every day the same, and no fruit. Fruit is only for dinner. The beach is so-so, and it is 7 minute walk away from the hotel. The staff is very very kind, almost everyone speaks English, but German better. The majority of guest in this hotel are guests from France and Slovenia. And the greatest compliment to this hotel go to the animation team (Riki, Nino and Balile)!! They are the best! We were never borred with having them arround. They have animatio program every day, at mornings water gymnastic and at evenings different theme animations like dancing night, couple competition, Tunisian night...it was really fun! I have to say that I was really surpriced that noone expected a tip when doing some favour for you or bringing you something, and even if you wanted to give him a tip, he would not take it. that was really surpricing to us. Everyone is soooo helpful and nice, and we had sooo much fun the, we WILL DEFINITLY BE BACK!!!

We went to this hotel to stay one week for leisure purposes. But we had many bad surprises, first of all the restaurant: it was much similar to a lunchroom than to a restaurant. In a refectory of a university you can eat much better. Only one choice for each dish, the quality of each was poor and flies were dancing around desserts. The photos of the restaurant you can find on the web site of the hotel refer to the restaurant a la chart that is near to the hotel not to restaurant of the hotel. If you have lunch near the swimming pool, you can be requested to go downstairs if who want fruit: it depends on day and on the mood of the waiters.
But the worst thing was the first room that was given to us: the smell was terrible and dead insects were everywhere.
Last but not least the beach: it was quite far from the hotel and the promised gig to go there almost disappeard when you wanted to use it.
At least do not trust the reception to be called in the room when you have to wake up earlier than usual: they forgot it even if you give them a written note with the precise hour you need to wake up. And... it's better you forgot this hotel if you are used to spanish or french quality hotel.
