This hotel is simply the best I've seen. Good quality. Staff is friendly. The Animation team is just in one word super!! They organize fun stuff. They are not pushy. The food is just very good. You always have a choice. I find this simply the best hotel

We had an amazing holiday here.
Starting with the room, it was on the beach.....amazing position. The room could have done with a bit of updating, but we only slept and changed in it. The maid was round every day so it was kept clean. We had a small patio outside facing the sea. It was a few minutes walk away from the hotel but was lovely and quiet so I didn't mind that at all.
The beach had dried seaweed in parts but they did try to clean it up, but that didn't bother me.There was a small bar on the beach.
The swimming pools were amazing. I loved the sea water pools the most as the fresh water ones seemed busier.
The food wasn't the most amazing of foods, but it wasn't bad either. We always found something to eat. One day was tuna steaks which were delicious. My teenage daughter is a very fussy vegetarian and struggled a bit to find food, but in all fairness, she would probably struggle where ever she went! The waiter staff were very good and friendly, No complaints at all.
The animation team were brilliant. What fantastic dancers. They put on some great shows and were so friendly to talk to. If you didn't want to take part in something, the respected this and didn't bother you. They work really hard and are working most of the day till late at night. One of the best animation teams I have ever come across.
We had a really good holiday here. It is in Africa so don't come out expecting it all to be geared up for the English. One of the complaints I heard from an English family was the food wasn't English enough, then stay in England or go to Spain or parts of Europe that cater for the English.

We had exellent holiday, with a very friendly staff, the rooms was cleaned daily, the waiters and bar men was very friendly the service was brilliant. The meals was presented in an outstanding matter ... the service was caring, the tables well decorated. The Animation Team was alway present, making the holiday special, with a lot of tasks - special thanks to Houcine for all the funny games and Momo with his talent to make us laugh, even learning arabic and for his wonderful performance on stage! The Animation team made every day & night a good show We certain will come back a third time!

Room Tip: if you dont like to walk much stay in the main house .. otherwise is a menzel a great choice

Large & clean hotel, rooms could do with updating. Loved my seaview room which i hadn't expected. Lovely gardens & walkways. Animation team put on a good show of an evening. All staff were friendly & polite. The dinning room is kaos at dinner & evening even if you go early or later. The food is just ok, always managed to find something or just got a late night pizza on site. Visted the crocodile farm just a sort taxi drive down the road which is a must see.

Room Tip: Sea view high floor in the direction of the aqua club/sailing boats.

After reading numerous great reviews about this hotel my wife and I was a bit disappointed. It was far more geared to German & Tunisian visitors. We went for a worthless expensive dessert trip but the tour guide only explained in German and arabic ignoring the english speakers all through the more than 5 hours trip.
I agree that most of the staff were friendly but not all and we have stayed in 2 and 3* hotels and the staff have been just as friendly. it seemed as though the general rule was that 'no tips;no friendship with the waiters. its not that i have an issue with tipping but i guess it comes after a good service and not through coercion.
The food was average and there was variety to choose from although it got boring after a few days as they kept serving the same type of food.
The rooms were very spacious but very dirty and the so called satellite TV had hardly any English channels but plenty of German / arabic.
Alcoholic drinks were watered down after first drink even after tipping the waiters. it was not worth to pay the all inclusive at all.
Supposed to have several themed restaurant's but it was extremely hard to know where they are if at all they were in operation.
there was an effort to maintain the beach area clean but it was generally not very clean. the only good thing i can recall is the good lady at the reception who was always polite when i requested her to assist me.

Room Tip: take the rooms in the main hotel and not the bungalows.
