Amazing holiday for the third time! All the staff are lovely especially the animation team who make the holiday unforgettable. The beach/foam party was fantastic and worth going to, all the staff worked really hard to provide a class night! The animaters make you feel welcome and carry out a range of activities to provide light entertainment through out the day. DJ Slim, lipo, Sharfi, mido, momo, meryam, Dj tarzan, zied, chef hassen, bibo, walid and the rest of the animation team made our holiday really enjoyable and we cant wait to return! :D

Very nice place to family vacations. There are so much to do for every generation. Employes in hotel are kind and helpful and try to please every guest. We just missed the internet conection in the room, but at least there were wi-fi in the hotel lobby. Otherwise you have just everything in the hotel complex and if you don't want to go around the isle, don't need to. But we do recomend some trips, because it is a magnificent experience.

My wife and I stayed here last year (2013) in June and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, to the point we booked again for 2014 (we have never revisited the same hotel more than once so this says a lot). To be honest we felt some standards in the hotel have dropped, especially the quality and range of food and the overall cleanliness of the complex. The lunchtime barbecue is no longer available and the attention to detail has slipped. The air conditioning was not available in the rooms until the second week, and then it was not working properly. The animation staff do a brilliant job, but there seemed to be a feeling of discontent amongst the other staff. We will probably visit Djerba again, but I think we will try a different hotel

We have just returned from a weeks holiday at El Mouradi Djerba Menzel & had a fantastic time. We travelled as a group of 6 - 4 adults & 2 children & we all enjoyed ourselves, we were really looking forward to going & after reading some of the other reviews we were a little nervous but we had no need to be. Yes the Salt water swimming pools were a bit different but use the other pools instead if you don't like them, & the bungalows could use a referb more 3* rooms rather than 4* but they were fine, really spacious & clean, the rest of the facilities were great plus a fridge in the room was a bonus as it was so hot you needed a cold drink when the bars were shut or you were away from them. The staff so friendly & helpful, English wasn't there strongest language but it was better than my Tunisian. The food was great but if your looking for chips, pies & full English breakfast it may not be to your taste, but even if your a fussy eater the pizza's pastas, soups & salads would keep you happy. My only complaint about the hotel is the main dining room needed to be more air conditioned it was really hot, but we found a great waiter who reserved us a table outside on the terrace every night. I'm more of the type of person who tips for good service rather than to get it but if you tip the staff your guaranteed what ever you want ie the outside table it was worth it & you only need to tip a small amount a couple of quid goes a long way! So Yes I would recommend this hotel & I'd go back, we had a lovely time & hope you do too!

Room tip: The bungalows were more 3* than 4* so if you want a better quality room choose one in the main hotel, however the bungalows were spread across the complex further away from the evening entertainment so much quieter.

Stayed here for 1 week last June & loved it so much that we stayed here for 2 weeks this June. First the bad: no lunch time barbecue this year. Such a disappointment as this was so good. Secondly, I don't drink gin, whiskey, etc I only like pastis and have never had a problem at any all inclusive getting this. This year, I could only order this between 6 pm and 7 pm ! So had nothing else to drink for the rest of the evening - not my idea of all inclusive ! Now to the good: rooms and communal areas immaculately clean. Staff were great and I would especially like to mention BARHOU MI EZZIME who was our waiter at lunch and in the evenings. Nothing was too much trouble, The hotel have a real gem on their hand with him ! Food was great, especially the Tunisian food .Overall a great hotel, especially for the price. I've never been back to a hotel more than once and am now considering booking this hotel for a third time - it's just a perfect hotel if you want to relax and soak up the sun.
