Stayed here in July with friends, no English people seen in this complex! felt isolated! Was given a room which had plugs and light switches hanging off the walls, asked for another room and it started the most up roar! very rude and unpleasant staff! food was absolutely horrible! Was only Tunisian food! was the same food near enough everyday! staff were court stealing from rooms and 'conning' people to pay for drinks which were all inclusive and were seen putting money in their own pockets!! the staff were all men, which mostly harassed young girls! 'Touchy feely'!! towels were not changed often, sometimes given dirty towels! Bed sheets were not changed! the pizza hall was absolutely revolting! not cleaned at all!! worst holiday ever!! Never going back there!! or even to Tunisia!!

We went sept 13, had a great holiday even though we were the only English there so did feel quite isolated but I would not blame the hotel for this more ice lolly who we booked though as this hotel apparently is known for Russians holidaying there. Hotel could do with updating a little but nice big rooms, bathroom, food good and pool and beach lovely. Down side animation good in the day but not in the evenings didn't start til 10 pm most nights but for the money we paid we were pleased and we never had to fight for a sun lounger there was plenty.

We arrived at the heyla and soon realised we were the on 2 Brits in the hotel ! Which we thought this is going to be a long week but if it wasn't for the staff and especially the animation team our girlie weeks holiday would of been ruined ,they made sure we always drank from glasses and not those plastic cups our drinks were brought down to the beach there is not 1 member I could say was rude or unhelpful. The hotel its self need a lot of work doing to it to bring it upto date and there was only 1 bar and restaurant open as coming to the end of season ? Which wasn't the best but the food was varied and topped up all the time .so if you go have an open mind we had a fun holiday which could of been disastrous .

Worst hotel I have ever been. Rooms are disaster. Staff is unpleasant, very rood. If you put "do not disturb" singn on door cleaners will enter the room any way. When I came to room clean towels were actualy dirty. You want belief when I asked manager is this clean he sad yes. If you ask for something in reception you'll get answer in 5 min and actually you mus wait for few hours.
