thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks here. we got off to the worst possible start being diverted to monastir airport because of a strike at enfidah, three hours to get through customs and reclaim our baggage.when we did finally get to the hotel we were told to go to lunch and our room would be ready for us, hotel was really spotless, food was always hot and beer always cold. would definately return. special mention to biggie and co. the animation team, they were brilliant.

5 of us including my disabled mother and 4 year old stayed for 1 week, I had read the reviews and made the conscious decision to book this hotel and we all were not disappointed, we arrived late and the staff we're very friendly and accommodating, in the morning we were pleasantly surprised how the hotel was very clean and very well maintained, staff work very hard! Food was lovely, lots of choice and well prepared, our rooms weren't very big but good enough for 3 of us with a balcony looking over the lovely gardens, drinks.....if you like to drink I suggest to take your own alcohol from duty free, the animation team were great and kept guests very well entertained through out the day and evening, the hotel facilities are really good and good range if activities for children, the beach is 5 mins and again a great service!! The location is very good for going out and about, there's a waterpark, zoo, fair, shopping centres and sousse is not too far away around 15mins drive, 20 dinar, overall Tunisia is lovely, I think 1 week is long enough, if you like bar hopping it's not that kind of place, but there bars, restaurants and local shopping to keep you entertained plus a great range of water sports at the beach, quad biking and other activities, Tunis is around 2hrs away but there are trips through you holiday provider, overall the holiday exceeded our expectations and perfect for families in great need of a week in the sun!!

Just arrived home from a fantastic holiday, When we first arrived we were given a room that looked on to nothing an was very old we went to reception and they gave us a room on other side of hotel, which was much nicer and had been updated.rooms are small we had two girls with us and push 3 beds together as the room was only for 3 but that was not a problem as the room was much nicer they asked if we wanted a cot but there was no room and the beds were big.
The food was the same most nights but most all inclusive hotels are the same. Lots of choice and was always something to eat beef, chicken pasta pizza salad. The alcohol must be watered down as I could drink lots with no affect I took my own from duty free and would advise u to do the same . The best part of the hotel and our holiday was the animation team that pretty much run the hotel and without them our holiday would of been boring . Were not a family to join in activities but we did a couple of times but we had lots of laughs watching them chatting to them they work hard and would do anything for us. They were a massive hit with the young an old . My children have never been to a kids club they have never wanted to and I wouldn't let them but this year we couldn't keep them away they loved Nono and Mimi who look after the kids are fantastic and my children loved them and there evening disco so did I my little girl has cystic fibrosis and he'd bing her back for her medication when needed ..BIGGIE,NINO,DALI,BOBO,ANIS,MIMI,NONO and SPEEDY you all made are holiday a fantastic one we didn't want to leave thank you all so much lots of love to you all from ...... Lindsey,Ian,Millie and betsie hope to see you all again soon xxx

My sister and I have just returned from a 2 week stay here. Can't fault the hotel at all I have been to tunisia many times and this was the best hotel by far.All the staff are extremely friendly (some of the waiters a little TOO friendly) and get stroppy if their advances are ignored. The animation team are excellent and work very hard to make sure you have memorable holiday. Must give Biggie and Nino a mention they kept us amused with their silly antics. Also a big thank you to Bobo and Anis for giving us a good send off! Would not return but will definitely recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival the staff were ok but not as welcoming as I would have liked. The porter took our bags to our room the tip advice was 1 dina for a porter, 10 dina per week for the chambermaid. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the electric went out in our room and this was sorted out extremely quickly. The bedrooms were basic but clean, there is a fridge with bottled water that is replaced daily if needed, there is no kettle etc in room. The tv has one UK channel and there is no remote. The mattresses are very firm. Towels were changed daily. A quite room was requested and received overlooking the sea and tennis courts, this was a walk down a long corridor so perhaps not great for someone with mobility difficulties, but meant we were not disturbed in the evening.

The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The pool is standard no slides etc there is also an indoor pool which was great when it was too cold outside. Pool / beach towels are supplied in the room. Free safe in bedrooms large enough for iPad etc. Drinks were free served in the restaurant from 7am and the bar opened at 10am until 2am, cocktails with local spirits are included as are soft drinks including coca cola and tea coffee etc, orange is squash not juice, fresh orange can be ordered at a cost of 3 dina. Alcohol free cocktails are also free ideal for kids and with some great colours!

There is a bar on the beach were you can get free drinks, waiters will bring you drinks to your sun lounger but I think they expect to be tipped if they do that. The hotel has direct access to the beach, it felt very safe there. Security guards are at the entrances from the beach and road. Toilets are also available on the beach front, along with showers which were only running cold water. Free sun loungers on the beach and beside the pool, staff will set one up where you want it. Pedalos for hire along with jet skiing 45 dinas for 2 which was great fun. There was a banana boat and paragliding is also an option if it's not too windy. We saw a staff member catch and octopus in the sea, which is really clear, and enjoyed eating it a few hours later, all fish is very fresh.

Money can be exchanged in the hotel with no commission, for our visit this was 2.66 dinas to the British pound, they do not have a cash machine in the hotel. There is a small shop selling the essentials you may have forgotten along with ice creams and drinks - but you can get those free anyway. Beware of waiters asking you to change a pound coin for dina he (the waiter) told me it was 5 dina which it is not I was going to give him 3 dina which is over the value of 2.66 but thought this was quite underhand when he demanded 2 more I did not give it to him and just said no whenever any other waiter asked me, I don't mind tipping but that should be my choice and he wasn't even my waiter!

The food was really good and lots of it, just don't expect to be eating English food although they do have shepherds pie, chips, spaghetti bolognaise and pizza (I know they're not English) as its buffet style we tried a little of lots of different things and went back for the one that tasted the best. Breakfast they have fresh fruit. hams and cheese, muesli cereals toast, croissants, although i'd recommend getting there early if you want them warm, eggs or omelette cooked to order and potato! The fresh oranges were very sweet and juicy, watch out for bones in some of the fish.

The dinning room was really clean and spacious although it does get busy at peak times, occasionally birds will fly into the restaurant but i'm ok with that. there is an outside terrace where you can eat was well expect lots of little birds there too and maybe a cat!
The hair salon and beauty room is ok but not to the standard I get in the UK 50 Dina for a facial which was not that great, 15 dina for an eyebrow shape which was excellent and 50 dina for a pedicure which although uncomfortable I had to hold my leg up in the air, was much better than the ones I have at home.

The entertainment staff were fantastic and the main reason I would return, they work very hard organizing water polo, volleyball, dancing, boules etc during the day as well as evening entertainment which may be a comedy cabaret, or an outside act bought in including dancing girls, belly dancers, musicians etc who were very good, they also had a bingo session and karaoke. Early evening there is a disco for children and an evening disco after the entertainment, which was suitable for all ages.
There is free wifi in the lobby and outside terrace, but not in the rooms, I had no problems getting a connection.

Most guests were from the UK, Germany and Russia and all seemed very friendly too. There is a poolside bar but that is only open in the summer the beach and kiosk bars were open.

There are information signs on the bedroom doors and on a wall near the lobby, they were too high up for someone as short as me to be able to read!

Toilet facilities throughout were very clean, cleaners always seem to be working very hard.

I did ask for a wake up call on two occasions, one went fine but the day we were leaving I got no call and would have over slept if I hadn't got my own alarm.

I am looking forward to a return visit later this month
