Just waiting for the coach to pick us up for the airport following a two week stay at this hotel with my Mum and my daughter. We have had a lovely relaxing holiday and we cannot fault the imperial mahaba in any way at all. Every member of staff has been welcoming and attentive and have contributed to our enjoyable stay. The animation team were a great bunch, probably the best I have ever experienced in a hotel abroad. There are plenty of activities during the day but without any pressure or being disturbed if you don't want to take part. A big thank you to Dido, Chris, Sam, Gonzales and Suzy for keeping us entertained!! And a big thank you to our rep Craig, who also made sure our holiday was an enjoyable one. The hotel grounds around the pool are well maintained and I read on here before leaving the U.K. that there were limited sun-beds? Nothing could be further from the truth. Not once did we struggle to get a bed near the pool, even on days where we didn't go to the pool until the afternoon. Our room (309) was plenty big enough for the 3 of us with a partial sea view which was adequate and equiped with free drinks in the minibar fridge. Every part of the hotel is cleaned to a very high standard and the private beach is beautiful, with soft white sand and clear blue seas. There is the usual wifi availability in reception, but also wifi was available in our rooms which we welcomed, particularly having a teenage daughter! The food is excellent with so much choice at every sitting. Lunch and dinner offer specials each day but these always backed up with traditional British foods such as burgers pizza and pasta and plenty if salads. There are 3 a la carte restaurants; the Asian was excellent and whilst the Mediterranean wasn't really our cup in tea in terms of food choice, it was worth the visit just for the dessert!! And finally, the management team. The hotel managing and has two deputy's can frequently be seen walking round talking to their guests making sure that everyone is enjoying their stay. I think this is reflective of the fact that customer care is clearly a principle that is highly valued by every member of staff at this hotel. An excellent hotel which I would visit again.
