We spend a week in this hotel at the end of the season, firstly I have to say that I dont insist on perfect room furniture or lobsters for a dinner, it doesnt make my hollidays great. What I need is clean hotel close to the sea, opportunities for a trips and nice people that makes me feel welcome. All this things this hotel have! Also I have to say that this hotel needs some renovation for sure but as some people write here it is Not disgusting or terrible. The main building is better than the other one, so if you can ask for room there. You will have a room with three numbers, the other building has only two numbers rooms.
Food is for 3* hotel very good! I was worried about the meat, cause usually in 3* you have very lack of the meat meals but I was nicely surprised.
The best thing about this hotel is the stuff, absolutely helpfull and friendly. At the end of the season in a good mood, always smiling.
I dont recommend this hotel to families with small children and older people. It is very noisy till 2 am. because there is a disco as a part of the hotel, so if you like to go to sleep early choose another hotel. If you want to have clean towels every day you need to give some money before, it doesnt happen to me before in 3* hotel but every day cleaning is not so proper as I saw in other hotels.
Beach is very close, you can go through the underpass so you can avoid jumping among the cars that goes really fastly. To the city centre you can take dolmush which costs 2 TL per person. Also around the hotel there are many shops and on Monday big bazar which starts 5 minutes from hotel.
We were told that management planning renovation so next season it will be amazing hotel with perfect location. Hope for coming back.

Room Tip: In the main building, preferebly higher floor

booked this hotel as a last minute deal.so we got it cheap so i must review this hotel with this in mind.when first entering the hotel i said to myself what have i done.it looked rather grim and after checking in we got into the lift that the door didn 't open properly.(could things get worse) our room was standard the tv had no english channels points off for that one.we had no language problems with the staff we found them friendly enough.
the other occupants were mainly turks from istanbul and germans whom we found friendly as well.the food is not for the british at all breakfast was continental style.lunch was practically vegetarian as was dinner. I am glad that i didn't bring children with me as they would have ate nothing. staff dish out the food that is hot which is in very short supply Actually chicken nuggets was the highlight off the week the whole 2 off them so needless to say we had to eat out eventually as we were starting to starve ,the whole scenario was reminding me off the war and its rationing(that's if i was old enough) overall the hotel was laid back and not unpleasant.been to turkey before so i kinda knew what to expect. but i must say this was not a holiday from hell but wouldn't go back though

This hotel is disgraceful, English people are NOT welcome. Stayed in some down ridden hotels in the past but this beats the lot. Not usually fussy about food, although came all inclusive and eaten out every day, if you like alot of bread and sour cheese, then slop for mains for your meals then hotel food would suit you fine, also if you don't mind eating next to a rubbish bin or basically in the pool, as there is no space in the restaurant to sit and eat. Sun beds, you have to be up at crack of dawn to be able to get a sun bed, even when u do manage to get a Sun lounger leave it for a hour your towels will not be there when u return. The hotel staff hardly speak any English and are very rude, quite pushy and have an aggressive manor. When went to complain to the manager again they couldn't understand you and kept brushing of with excuses. The reception is down a grotty back street again filled with rubbish bins, the hotel is filled mostly Turkish, German and Russian. The place where the hotel is situated is very boring, no entertainment at all!!! No pubs or clubs just restaurants, shops are very over priced and again the shop staff get very aggressive if you don't buy anything, went into centre of alanya and got followed across the street from a shop keeper, get cursed at. Not a nice place at all, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!

The place is a disgrace, just full of Turkish and German who act like scavengers when comes to food meal times, cant get a seat, cutlery is dirty, staff are ignorant, no room for sun loungers or room in pool, all sun loungers have towels on long before they are used and if we try get up early and do same our towels are moved, hotel only for locals and not for tourists

A great hotel with friendly and professional staff, all the way, from the manager (Mr. Hakan and his colleague Mr. Ebro) to bar and restaurant. Delicious food. Short way to most of needed facilities (close to Oba center). Recommend the hotel
