We stayed in this hotel for 12 days in July 2011. We had FB-full board and weren't so satisfied with the food.
Breakfast was basic but lunch and dinner became boring because there were almost the same dishes every day. I liked the pool and the service on the pool, also, beach is 3mins away so you can relax all day. There are no a lot of activities to do around the hotel, so this is a perfect choose if you want to lie down all day and to relax. I suppose, that after 12 days in the same place, everything becomes boring so I don't blame the hotel and its service, it's up to me:)

We've spent a week in Melissa hotel this summer as a couple and we were absolutely satisfied with everything. Staff worked very hard all the time, the room was cleaned every day and food was ok. The biggest advantage is the location; the beach is close and you can get to the center in 20 minutes by walk or just get on a bus. If you want to be always in a busy and crowded place this is not the best choice but if you want some relax time it is absolutely worth staying here.

Let me congratulate your fantastic hotel and staff. It was the best vacation of our lives and we will never forget it! We were highly satisfied with the room, the catering and the staff. They worked very hard to supply us on very professional level. Thank you!

We stayed here for one week in September. The location could be described as "far from everything". The food was okay (rice, pasta, chicken, meats and sallads), but you were not allowed to take the warm dishes for yourself, which was pretty annoying. They would give you one tiny chicken leg the size of a toothpick, and expect you to be satisfied with that. We once were eight minutes too early for breakfast and were told off by the staff to wait before taking any food (I hade already taken some food on my plate). Seriously, eight minutes! If you had any business to the reception you would always find the lady on the phone, so you hade to stand there and wait for ages just to get your room key. The bathroom had a really odd layout. When going on the toilet, you had to squeeze yourself down sideways to be able to sit at all. If you have some extra weight on you or you are otherwise just a big person, then forget about using the toilet at all. The terrible smell from the drain would also spread into the bedroom, even with the bathroom door closed. No, won't be staying here again.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2012, it was a lovely clean and bright hotel, the staff were friendly and the rooms were lovely, however the food was very poor, it was not geared up for English people, there were alot of Russians and Serbians. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing break and if you dont mind being far away from the centre of alanya.

Food was rubbish unless you can live on cherries and rice staff were rude and wouldn't help manager hid behind the receptionist rather than sort out problem the advert for this hotel said 2 restaurants 3 bars roof top pool all lies sheets had holes in that put 2 single sheets on a double bed was unable to get a drink after 11pm . If you have booked change it this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and is def not a 4 star hotel.
