We visited this hotel for more than five times and still think this is one of the best hotels in Alanya.

The animation team is great and they try to entertain everyone. But the lady's at the animation team are horrible! They act like they are literally working in a club.... in a wrong way. They flirt with every boy/men even when they have a girlfriend/wife. They need to do something about it.

Room: we always stayed in the room with the garden where the 'dolmus bus' can pick you up to the city or beach. The room is beautiful and very clean. The bathroom is okay, you don't need more than that if you are on a summer holiday I think. Every day clean towels! The bed is very comfy, air conditioning works very good and the towels are good.

The swimming pool is never to busy and always clean. You can always find a place to lay down and relaxe. Not a lot of noisy children around you. But if you still think it's to busy you can always go an other swimming pool. You've got much choice!

The beach: there is a special service bus who will bring you to the beach and later pick you up (on time). There are enough beds and parasols on the beach. You've got a bar and a restaurant. They almost serve the same food as in the hotel. And you can buy Ice cream from a very kind gentlemen.

The food is excellent and a lot of variations. Everyday something else. And a lot of choices! Oh and you must try the Turkish pancake, they are delicious.

First of all this will be my review of Club Paradiso Resort and a comparison with my 2012 visit.

This hotel is great for the price. The rooms are big, the service is good, plenty of food and a lot of moments to eat and drink through the day. The people are really friendly.
But don't expect a real 5* Hotel for this price.

+ The fish and BBQ restaurant provide something different during your stay. Don't forget to book a day in advance.
+ Lunch restaurant at the beach.
+ Free Sauna and Turkish Bath.
+ Free transport from and to beach and Alanya city

- some rooms are pretty far from the main building and some parts are really steep, so be aware
- from Antalya airport to Club Paradiso takes about 2 to 3 hours.
- the extra's you have to pay: € 1,- for extra towl and for every time you change it (First one is free) € 2,- a day for safe. € 3,- a day per account for wifi. € 2,- for orange juice.
- the beach is full with pebbles, which is typical for Alanya. So don't expect a sandy beach.

My comparison with 2012 visit:
+ Hammam Spa has been renovated, looks a lot better now.
+ The eating area has been renovated, now there is an inside and outside area.
+ Wifi available in rooms :)

- You have to pay for extra towl (€ 1,-) and everytime you change it for a clean one (€ 1,-)
- The ridiculous high prices in the Spa € 70 to € 80,- per hour for a massage, really high for Turkish standards even in a Hotel.

My tips:
- Ask for a room as high as possbile with a seaview
- Ask for free safe if this is not your first visit.
- Get the Spa welcome package: it's € 35,- and € 10,- for 1 week unlimited internet.

First of all, a huge all-inclusive resort in Turkey is not our favourite. We were here one week late april due to bad weather in our country and due to a last minute offer, we could'nt refuse. Weather outlook in Alanya was sunny/25 degrees Celsius, so off we went. In late April, Paradiso was far from fully booked, which was a great advantage. Day by day, more guests arrived, and I can imagine how it would be in high season when 800-1000 guests are here. Rooms and suites are spread in several buildings and it is diffucult to recommend which one is the best. Some groundfloor rooms seemed unattractive. We stayed on second floor in building F in a 1-bedroom suite, 55 m2 and was quite happy here.

The good:
-The place is kept absolutely clean
-The private beach has all facilities, including snack bar (included), free bus, it's a 15-20 minutes walk, if you prefer to walk
-The staff work hard and has the right attitude
-Our 1 bedroom-suite was big, 55 m2, big balcony, wiew to the sea

The bad:
-only free wifi in the lobby, and it was slow. Price for wifi was high, we did not want to pay for it, I think it was 4€/day and only for one device
-safe in room was 2€/day
-pooltowels was free, but a new was 1€ each time you changed it
-Fresh orangejuice at breakfast? You have to pay 2€ for a glass
-options and quality of food was in general not so good
-no international brands, (wine and liqueur)
-many weird rules

Don't get me wrong, we had a nice week here, but this is just not our kind of holiday. Considering paying in total for 1 week, 650 € for 2 persons, including flight, transfer, all-inclusive and a 1 bedroom suite, we were not disappointed. Paying the full price would be a quite different story and staying here in highseason? No way.

Great place to stay. Everything was available. Animation Team was great. transfer to the beach. Activities at the beach. Great restaurant, enough variety.
Discotheek was a bit small and almost empty every night.
Have been to a discotheek in the city arranged by hotel. Once there find out the price at the bar was twice lower than the guy's who were pointed by the hotel staff.

-) Variety of food was good, but the quality was below average;
-) Since the air condition did not work properly, our rooms were very hot during night time;
-) Swimming pools are unsafe due to missing lifeguards / controll
-) Our cellphone was stolen from our room most likey by the service personell. The front desk personell promised to help, but without any positive result.
