arrived after a long transfer of 3 hours check-in was quick and was taken to our room by a member of staff thankfully it was not in the overflow hostel that i had read about . room was very modern and clean with a double bed and a single, shower was very good, plenty of storage for clothes and kept very clean by maids towels changed everyday and sheets every other day.food at restaurant was good little bit repetative after 2 weeks but thats to be expected, staff were polite and friendly.you have to be up early to get a sunbed 6.30 am which is annoying especially as it says not to reserve sunbeds till 8am in he hotel booklet or your towels will be removed from them by the house manager this was not the case.you are NOT allowed your own food and drink around the pool and pool staff do watch you and will tell you it would not be to bad if they charged you a reasonable price for the drinks they serve but they charge almost 4 times what you would pay in the shops, this did cause a few arguements with some people.beach is directly opposite the hotel but you take your own life in your hands trying to cross it they could do with a subway as the zebra crossing means nothing to the drivers there although the beach is very clean it is quite choppy if you go to reception you can pay for your sunbeds cheaper they also have there own snack bar on the each but again is over priced.a bus ride into town costs 2 tl aout 70p as it is a fair walk taxi will cost 20tl the harbour is well worth a visit seeing all the boats and there is some lovely restaurants there we ate at the orange restaurant twice and both time was faultless and food was lovely the visit to the castle was not really worth the visit and if you do do take your drink with you as it will cost you 7tl for a small bottle of water.overall we did enjoy our holiday and the hotel was nice and clean and food was good the only thing that was not good in my opinion is that thomas cook rep does not come on the transfer and there was no welcome meeting or rep visit and as it was our first time in alanya could have been helpful even though there was a phone number you could ring if you needed to get in contact with them.would we go there again yes but we would stay in another hotel but thats because we dont stay in the same hotel twice.

we were for 11 night on June. our overall experience with this hotel is very good.
Cleanliness: hotel was very clean, dining area kept clean as well. Housekeepers did very good job, had clean towels every day, everything were cleaned daily.
Room: went to hotel very late and got a room in a middle building with sea view and balcony, didnt pay anything extra for it. Room was modern, good size. Had king size bed, tv, fridge(extra cost), safe(extra cost but very handy), air conditioner. Big built in wardrobe, good size shower.
Food: food were fresh, plenty of choice every day. loved to have watermelon every day, even at dinner we had instead of drinks.
Staff: all staff looked friendly, had no issues.
Beach: loved the beach, so close to the hotel.

besides, we found really good restaurant few mins away from hotel. prices are much less than in hotel, food were like in heaven and lots of it!! it is called Kumsala restaurant, this is not on the main road, but if going through main from hotel side to the harbour way round you need to turn right where is travel/excursions agency. and keep go up. it is worth!!!

Room Tip: Worth to have a seaview but further from the street. because street is very busy

Had booked with Thomas Cook for the hotel arrived after av3 hour transfer driver got lost ,clenched in and not hotel but hostel not what I paid for when asked to change ,told that there was no room in hotel. Having arrived at just after midnight told there was some food in the dinning room. Very tired looking salad ect that had been left since there since the evening meal time.
As for the hot food would not touch it some evening not even sure what it was ,my friend was a veggie so she didn't have a choice, when asked for a fresh fried egg in the morning told no had to have what had been cooked . As for the pool needed to be up at 6.30 otherwise all sun beds taken..staff very rude made it obvious they didn't like the English ,
I could go on ,just say would never go back to this hotel . But the resort is beautiful

Room Tip: Please look at other hotels . Because you don't get what you paid for if put in the hostel or ac...

This hotel suggested for us our old friend who always stays there on his trips to Turkey and this was a good choice. Respectful and attentive staff, cosy rooms, clean place. What else can one wish for?

i read many many reviews about this hotel. Some of them were really good and some really bad. Didnt know what to think. Was afraid theyre gonna give us a room in not really good annex but thank god it didnt happen. We got to the hotel at about 4.30am(journey from airport was 3.5hours instead of 2!), the check in went really smoothly and we got really nice room above the outside restaurant(room 3305). The inside and outside areas were really clean. Breakfast was always good....loads to choose. Dinners not so good....it seemed like we had chicken every night, it was really annoying at the end of 14days long holiday. Deserts were repeating every night. I dont know how about anybody else but i had bqd stomach issues whole holidays, guess from the food because we defo didnt drink the tap water. Beach was really clean and the beach bar was amazing. The guys from beach bar were really lovely and funny. Shout to Mehmet, he was the best! The only minus about this hotel is probs the wifi. Omg it was horrible they should defo.do something with that! But anyways thanks for lovely holiday!

We travelled as a mixed group of nine 20 - 23 year olds in june / july 2014. All of the staff were friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were nice and recently decorated. we were all lucky enough to get sea views from our rooms. All rooms were air conditioned. There was wifi available, alough it has an annoying login method which sometimes would not work and when it did the internet speed was very slow (0.2mb/s!). Breakfast was always useless, except from the toastie machine so you could make your own cheese and ham toasties. Dinner varied, sometime good sometimes horific. We found that the food served outside next to the pool was usually the best although you would have to queue there. Overal a good hotel alough we did end up eating out in resterants nearby most of the time as this was cheap and was nicer food with a much better atmosphere. Usually resterants put on shows, such as belly dancers, magic shows, fire shows and group dance-alongs - macarena and cha cha slide. This wasnt really an english resort, with most other holiday makers we came across being german or russian,

We stayed at the Aytur 4 years ago and it was ok but we are very impressed with the recent refurbishment. However, we arrived 1am and were given a room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds.We are a couple in our 60's and ideally wanted a twin room - there was so little room because of the bunks and nowhere else to sit other than on the bed. So we immediately asked to change room - told to wait til morning. It seemed pointless to unpack so we sat in reception watching the end of the England v Italy game and noticed a more senior reception guy but he still insisted on waiting until morning. As we got back in our room, feeling depressed by the England result and unhappy about the room, we got a call from reception to view an alternative room, a twin in the 1st floor - brilliant, more room and somewhere to sit.

The rest of the holiday was very good. Room clean and tidy, clean towels each day, nice shower room and side sea view. The main areas of the hotel are clean and pleasant.

My only criticism is that the staff could smile more often and be a little more friendly. Breakfast was really good, fresh fried eggs and pancakes and a good variety of breads, cold meat, cheese etc.the evening meals were rather repetitive especially by our second week, but there was sufficient variety at the buffet to find something and the soup, choice of 2, was always good.

The location is really good, walking distance from the town centre and harbour, buses every few mins only 2 lira to ALANYA and the beach is just across the promenade - very hot in our 2nd week temperatures close to 40c. Thankful for the fridge [ small charge] and air con [free] in our room. Buy ticket for the bed and parasol from reception and save money. The beach bar is really good, nice for lunch and the staff there ever so nice and good humoured. We didn't bother with the pool, not many beds and much of it in the shade in the afternoon.

Thanks to the hotel for finding us a more suitable room and we shall surely be back very soon.

Room Tip: The sea view rooms in the front of the hotel can be noisy. Traffic is very busy at most times and l...
