Pleasant hotel and rooms with a beatifull view.i liked staying in that hotel and i will come again.the food was excellent. Rooms were comfort and clean. The pool was nice. My kids loved the small pool for kids. You have store next to hotel. The town is not far from hotel. I really suggest a visit to this hotel.

Just got back after staying for a week in this hotel, first the hotel was over run with Russians that are rude and ignorant, the staff at the hotel were fantastic helpful and always had time for us, the room was clean and tidied every day.Great place to stay if they catered for the the English Don,t think that I would stay again unless they had more English people there, the Turkish people are great people to get to know

Room Tip: Stay away if you don,t like Russians

My self, my disabled mum and a friend of us went to the blue fish back in may 2011. We had a lovely time and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My mum is in a wheel chair and the hotel its self had only a few steps to get down to the pool and bar area and as she cant walk the hotel staff helped us to get the wheel chair down the steps on every occasion. there was always someone willing to help. There is steps at the beach so that meant it was not suitable for my mum, but she preferred to be around the pool anyway, so that was no problem to us, the rooms were basic but clean and had a balcony. the food was quite basic but offered a variety every day the restaurant was always clean and the staff were friendly and helpful, they always reserved us a table where there was extra room for my mums wheel chair. entertainment was acceptable and the hotel offered a bus to and from the nightclubs if you wanted to go. There was also a kebab shop just down the road. The hotel offers some good trips and the Turkish bath is a must, i would highly recommend this. The hotel guests were mainly German and Russians but there were a few English. They were all very friendly and we all got on great and made some lovely friends. All in all we had a lovely holiday and would recommend this hotel for people wanting a good holiday at an affordable price, with friendly staff and guests and lovely weather.

Just came back from Blue Fish the staff at this hotel were great the exception was the cooks they only catered for the Russians the hotel was over run with them we were 2 out of 8 Brittons for the whole of the 2 weeks that we stayed the accommadtion was excellant but I never want to eat chicken again.
The food needs to be labeled so that we all can understand what has been cooked, we got speggetti but no sauce if you wanted a fried egg at breakfast you would have to wait for the chef to cook it for ten minutes without turning over so it was burnt on the underside. This holiday cost me more then going selfcatering as I had to go to alyana daily to eat.We still made the most of the holiday by laughing about which chicken dish would be cooked next.

Very nice hotel, next to the beach so you can go out all the way from your room to the beach just in your swimsuit. The pool wasn't big but everyone had the space to swim. What's important, there was enough chairs around the pool area and on the beach. All inclusive was great, they have a bar on the beach so if you feel thirsty even there you have everything all inclusive. Food in my opinion was very good a lot of fruits, wain, french fries, you can also find something sweet. Rooms were nice, there wasn't much but the most importsnt things. Batchroom with shower and wc, in room you have tv and fridge, also most of balcons have a view on sea. Staff was really nice but it's hard for woman because most of the staff are trying to flirt with every possible girl. Animations are quite good and mostly in english. In this hotel staff knows english so there's no problem in comunication. At the back of the hotel you can play in valleyball.
About the russians there wasn't that many, just one day some of them come and drank too much, they went swimming in pool with glasses of alcohol and some of glass lay around the pool and in pool so staff had to clean this up. But for this inappriopriate behaviour russians got kicked out from the hotel next day.

I have 7+7 vacations so after one week in Blue Fish we went touring, so we saw a lot of 3* hotels but if I have to compare Blue Fish to them it was way better. So probably that is a reason why they give 4* now to this Hotel. I hope that someday I will have a chance to go back there.

My partner and I stayed here for 2weeks back in September 2011, the Hotel itself was nice, could do with a bit of a refurb but for what we paid it was great, nice pool and right next to the beach.
We arrived dead late in the night (and you enter the hotel from the back on a dirt track so we were worried but was fine once we saw inside) there was someone there to show us up to our room, we didnt get offered any food or anything but we just wanted to go to bed. Bedrooms are very basic and old fashioned but for sleeping its fine.
My only problem with the whole holiday was the food, as i am a fussy eater and was worried about the 'selection', breakfast was great cereal, meats, fruit, bread, eggs..... we never had lunch but i think it was mostly the same, we mostly had chips, omlettes and toasties offered poolside. The 'tea' selection was mostly rice, chicken (or some sort of meat that was on a rota) salad and bread. They did have a BBQ night which was a nice change but again its meat, rice, pasta and salad.
The drinks where ok, there were very strict that you could only get one drink at a time, so i couldnt go get a drink for my partner which was strange as the hotel wasnt very busy but still there was a decent slection vodka, rum that sort of stuff. Water and juice provided all the time.
There is lack of english people at this resort its mostly russians. The night time entertainment was really poor as we didnt go in a peak season so it had basically stopped except for this poor lad doing the same kids dances for half hour each night.
BEST part of holiday was Alanya itself, its amazing, beautiful place, you have to go on the Jeep safari up the moutains its AMAZING the tour guides were great and made it, worth every penny! Also the boat trips are good, get all your drink and food included. We went out one night clubbing , it was so expensive for drinks but was a laugh.

Overall we had a good Holiday, you get what you pay for and it suited us fine, we were fed had a bed to sleep on and lots of sun :D, i would definatly go to Alanya again as its so beautiful, but maybe try a different hotel.

:D

We stayed at this hotel on a ten day all inclusive package. This is the first time we have been to Turkey. The hotel has mostly Russian and German residents, due to the fact that this area of Turkey does not see many British tourists. This wasnt a problem we met some lovely Russian people and Turkish people down at the bazaar. The hotel is spotless and the staff are EXCELLENT, very friendly and kind. The bar shuts at 11pm at night but their is a 24hr shop selling alcohol around the corner. Alanya is a ten minute journey on the bus and is a bustling area with many cheap and expensive shops. If your looking for a really nice leather jacket, go to Metro Bazaar. They are reasonable and the quality is excellent.
The daytime and night time entertainment at the hotel is very good. Pool gym and volleyball in the day then Turkish dancers etc and a Mini disco at night.
For a three star hotel I would give the hotel and facilities and staff 8/10, but for the food I would only give 6/10. The variety of meat dishes is poor lots of chicken stew. By the end of the Ten days we had had enough, although we never went hungry! Their is a good restaurant called Askoy about 300km down the road. If you go to the 24hr shop the owner will get the restaurant staff to pick you up, which I thought was lovely. This restaurant has traditional Turkish food and we paid £12 for starter, main and a drink.
We had a fantastic time at Blue Fish and found the lack of English people there really cultural.
