This was our first visit to Turkey and I was a little apprehensive prior to the holiday. However, our trip was amazing and a high percentage of this was down to the hotel. I can honestly say this was the second best all inclusive hotel, closely behind my trip to Mexico. I have listed the positives below:
- Food was excellent, fresh and plenty of different options so you will not get bored. Every lunch time a lady makes fresh Turkish bread with cheese, mince, potato or spinach she was lovely, always smiling (the bread was amazing). The a la carte restaurant was brilliant also.
- Staff are excellent, always willing to help. They are always very well business presented.
- Hotel is very clean and I mean VERY clean.
- You cant reserve a sunbed until 9:30am, which means you cannot place your towels prior to 9:30am and walk away for a lengthy period of time. Previous holidays/hotels you have to get up at 6am just to get a sunbed. At this hotel you can enjoy a decent sleep as well as breakfast and plenty of sunbeds are always available.
- Largest market in Alanya is placed right outside the hotel every Thursday 8am-7pm.
- Hotel decor is well updated, really fashionable hotel.
- Very British orientated hotel, we were informed that many other hotels are not.
- Taxi and bus stop right outside the hotel (both really cheap in to Alanya). The bus takes around 5/10 minutes to reach Alanya.
- Underground walk way to the beach (40 meters or so), private beach with all inclusive bar, also the hotel has its own jeti.
- Bars, restaurants and activities very close by, walking distance.
- Beds are very comfy and decent size, the shower is brilliant. The rooms are large, very clean, updated and also come with a balcony.
- The hotel has a fitness room, gym, spa and its own hairdressers/barbers.
- Very peaceful and relaxing hotel, I think the adult only policy allows this to happen.
- Last but not least, the guy behind reception ordered Dominos for us #legend

Alanya is a beautiful place with plenty of history, it was very safe also. There is multiple bars, restaurants, shops (do not be afraid to haggle the prices). So many trips are available also, I would strongly recommend the white water rafting (kayak if in a two), It was safe and well worth the money. Also the horse riding trip was excellent.

The only negative was the all inclusive bar stops at 11pm, even an hours extension would help, I say this because I am British. However head out to the bars, only a few minute walk and very busy until late.

Do not let the 2hr/3hr transfer put you off, its not so bad. Plus when you arrive its well worth the wait. Once again, I would strongly recommend this hotel/Alanya and leaves the door open for another visit in the not so distance future.

It's hard to find fault with this hotel.
Had a great fortnight in this lovely place.
Staff were very friendly, rooms were immaculate, food and drink of a high standard.
I agree evening entertainment was a hit or a miss but overall didn't spoil the experience.
The biggest problem were inconsiderate smokers especially round the pool and sitting out at night. Personally I would ban it altogether!!
The hotel has a bike hire service which we used to cycle in to the main town otherwise there's a bus stop directly outside the hotel.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and plan to return.
Be aware the transfer time is long but if you just accept that it's worth the effort.

Excellent hotel..All adults only-bliss.
Room was lovely, even tho we had mailed the hotel to have 2 separate beds, on arrival-not so..my pal slept on the sofa, after asking for sheets for the sofa!...
As for arriving at 3 in the morning, asked for a drink--we were charged at end of the holiday, little disappointed in that!
Food, even tho was more the German/Russian clientele
, there was still plenty to chose from..
Hotel very clean in all aspects..
Only issue we found was by the pool... There's was a large group who seem to think it was ok to block the passage to the bar/pool....(not considering those whom are slightly infirm!)..
Very slippery around the bar/toilet area-think if you change the tiles to "roughen" tiles, rather than smooth could help!
Overall, it's a nice hotel...

Just back from 2 weeks at the Sunprime C-lounge and had the most relaxing time ever .

After a long transfer we arrived at the hotel in the wee hours of the morning . The check-in was quick and efficient with us been shown to our room and shown how to work the air-con and where the safe and was and then left in peace .
The beds are super soft and the room was lovely with full length mirrored wardrobes . The bathroom has a huge shower cubicle with rainfall shower head .
The hotel itself is very modern and exceptionally clean with very attentive staff . The pool area is always being cleaned and no matter what time of day you came down there was always beds somewhere .
Someone mentioned the tattoo man , spa man and the jeweller , they where indeed round the pool but a polite no thank you was enough for them not to bother you the rest of your stay , so no problem .
The buffet was varied and there was always something to eat . I also found that with it being all adults it was all very civilised with no pushing and shoving as tends to happen with all inclusive buffets .
The night time entertainment isn't the best but it's what you make of it
The service was good whether you tipped or not , some we tipped going along and others we tipped at the end .
All in all this was a very good relaxing holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel and all its staff

Stayed for a week with my partner and first impressions of the hotel are amazing it is so clean and very modern. Arrived at the hotel at 4 in the morning and was greeted and taken up to out room very pleasant.

Rooms were immaculate and clean like the rest of the hotel.

Pool area immaculate

Now for the not so good bits.

I am not a fussy eater at all but the catering isn't suited for the English at all very repetitive only a couple of different dishes that I saw different throughout the week.

Entertainment well there isn't any. We understand that it's a peaceful hotel and it's for wellness but the highlight of the week seemed to be karaoke. Nothing at all happening through the day except spa men asking you to come for a massage which was lovely but dear compared to some places outside the hotel

Overall the hotel is lovely but in my opinion is not suited for anyone under the age of 50.

We enjoyed our stay but after day 2 was bored of nothing at all to do

Dear danny2786,

thank you for your review.

We are a part of Sunprime Adult Concept Hotels. Our concept is for plus 16 years old and focused on wellness, peacefulness tranquility. Heavy animation programmes are against our concept. We have twice a week DJ performance, twice a week live music band performance and twice a week piano/flüte performance in the lobby and one night as Turkish Night.
There are 15 kinds of warm dishes, 25 kinds of cold starters, 14 kinds of salads, 22 kinds of desserts and 2 kinds of soups plus a variety of breads and fruits and pickled, garnitures, etc. on our buffet each night and lunch time. No need to say, of course, the food is different each night basic items remaining the same, eg.: rice, salad, water melon, etc. Our buffet serves different tastes of European Cuisine each night, always including some local tastes.
We will be happy to see you here again.
