Seven of us working at an archaeological site in Konya Province booked 3 rooms/apartments for 3 days during Bayram. Although small, it was very comfortable, great atmosphere, affordable and pleasant, with friendly hosts and nice food. The central location in the old town made it easy to get around by walking. We really enjoyed it there and would definitely recommend it.

I have stayed 3 times in Camel Apartment and every visit has been very nice with cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location is great right in the middle of the old city Kaleici. The rooms are simple but clean enough and every room has air conditioning and freezer which is a big + ! One room has even a nice balcony. The breakfast in good as well.
The owner Mr. Seref is very helpfull and understanding person, you can ask any help from him. I have had great time in Antalya and Camel Pension and I will certainly stay again in this pension.

Room Tip: Rooms on the inner garden side are quiter. The balcony rooms is very nice and quiet.

We have stayed in Camel pension for 7 night. The owner Mr. Shareef was super helpful and kind. The room was great for the money we have paid. Location was superb as well. I only wish it was a little bit cleaner but overall you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend this pension.

No nonsense very cheap double room with friendly owner and good breakfasts.

Stayed here for a week as it was one of the cheapest options available. Had everything we needed really. The beds aren't particularly comfortable, and the shower isn't great, but everything is clean and seems new. Our room had a small balcony area that we had lunch on one of the days. The room has a TV that we didn't really bother with but it seemed to have a lot of channels so probably has BBC worldwide or something equivalent. There is air conditioning which is very effective and you will come to appreciate a lot if you visit in summer. There is also wifi which is dodgy in the rooms on the top floor but still just about connects, connects fine from the reception area.
The breakfasts are tasty and cheap (7TL), consisting of an omelette, tomato, cucumber, olives, bread, cheese, jam, and cheese pastry rolls.
The main man in charge (I think the owner) is very friendly and patient. He will gladly chat to you and help you with whatever you want to do or where you want to go. Also we had big 2 litre bottles and would fill them up from his drinking water in the morning. He didn't charge us for this. Also he gave us free drinks one night just because we'd got back early and decided to chat with him and the other guests.
There are 4 cats currently in the reception area, including 3 kittens. They are very cute, huddling in a plant pot to sleep and playfighting during the day.
The place is very well positioned in the centre of the old town. Everywhere big is within walking distance, so you don't need a car to have a great time if you stay here.

Room Tip: The double on the top floor has dodgy wifi but a lovely balcony area.

My friends and I stayed a night in May 2013. The pension was in the old part of town, very charming location.

We had asked for an apartment but were given 2 separate rooms instead; I had the single. The room was TINY and dated; the bed was not too comfortable; good thing the room was relatively quiet.

It was cheap, so for one night, it was an OK stay.

The owner Seref was helpful, although limited in his English.

The guy there is really friendly and helpful. The room smelt and at nearly 5 in the morning the prayer song went off and felt like the speakers were blaring into our room. It's in a good location for the old bazaar and markets
